The staff were all very pleasant and professional, going that bit extra. The whole stay was pleasant and views were delightful. The breakfast was another feature worth mentioning especially the two ladies running the breakfast room. Nothing was too much trouble. One of the main points is I felt ill due to low blood sugar so one of them fetched me some delicious fruit, a glass of orange juice, topping it off with a biscuit. They were both busy so I offer up my heartfelt thanks. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Everything was excellent. I would be lying if I said something was wrong.

My daughter had bought a simply spa day for us both as a Christmas gift and we were not disappointed. We had left it a little late to book for any treatments but we really didn’t mind as the different rooms and the pool were enough for us, along with a good book! Afternoon tea in the spa could have done with perhaps more savoury items such as sausage rolls or plain crisps but otherwise was really nice. 306 is fantastic! If I could book this room again for me and my husband I would, spacious and comfy overlooking the golf course was absolutely beautiful. Our evening meal was delicious as was the breakfast the next morning. Cant’t wait to come back soon.

Staff were so helpful and knowledgeable about the local area. The room was a lovely size, was clean and comfortable. Views out the window were lovely and even though there was a large function we could t hear it at all. Very quiet and peaceful. Food was also very nice.

Whilst the function was on we had nowhere to park we had to park in an adjoining car park that was not strictly for guests. Possibly keep the out front parking for staying guests and use the additional parking for function attendees who wouldn’t be there in the morning when the club members wanted to park?

The room was nice, quite and comfortable. Food was good with plenty of choice. Leisure facilities clean.

Bathroom needs a refurbishment. Fourth time of staying here. Third time of visiting Sauna/Steam Room out of order but didn't complain just disappointed. Fourth time for a Christmas treat, boiler had broken, swimming pool/Jacuzzi freezing cold and no towels. Only told this after checking in and we had already phoned a couple hours before booking to check the Leisure facilities were open. This was very frustrating as we could of gone somewhere else offering fully functioning Leisure facilities! But we stayed loyal to Kenwick as we have enjoyed it before. Was quite disappointing I'm afraid to say.

Breakfast was delicious, cooked perfectly and plentiful. Really nice selection of cooked food, cereals, fruit etc. would have liked a later start. Lovely comfortable bed, nice spacious room. Spa facilities also lovely and relaxing, clean and well maintained. Hotel guests can use facilities from 7pm to 10pm, was quite busy and we didn’t get chance to go in the hydro pool but really enjoyed everything else

Staff were polite but not particularly welcoming, we felt like we were inconveniencing staff when asking for dinner reservations. Had to ask about using leisure facilities and felt like this wouldn’t have been offered if we hadn’t asked. Chairs a little shabby and worn in room but everything else was lovely.

The hotel was clean and tidy, the staff were helpful and polite. Our room was large enough even for a family of 4 and had a nice view over the grounds. The breakfast was continental style buffet and enjoyable.

Even though we liked our room (111), it looked abit tired and could do with updating. I was very grateful for the EV charger, however as there was only one (the Tesla Destination Charger were out of order) over the 2 nights stay I was one of 5 different cars trying to use it. Maybe another charger would assist your guests.

I liked the room. we requested a quiet room and was given an upgrade to one of the new rooms which was nice, quiet, clean and comfortable. The bed was really comfy. The breakfast was really good quality and although it was buffet, it was nicely cooked and hot. Toaster actually toasted with one go through which is a first in my experience. The setting of the hotel is beautiful. We were there to celebrate a friends birthday at the golf club and chose the hotel for convenience but it exceeded my expectation.

Check in at 4pm and check out at 10am.

excellent hotel. I had requested access room, which I did not get because request had not been passed on!!! Room was absolutely perfect for a fit able family, but not for a disabled person. I couldn’t shower because not accessible, and took me 40 long embarrassing minutes to locate the room because not on ground floor. This really spoiled a perfect hotel. location and staff were excellent. Food and amenities perfect. Next time I need room 113 apparently.

The property was perfect. Just room allow cation!!!! Because special request had not been passed on!

Amazing swimming, gym and spa facilities. Very lucky that we arrived on the day they hosted their first pool party. My kids loved the Zorbs. (Rest of the weekend it was a quiet and chilled spa!). Fabulously comfortable beds. Nice breakfast.

They couldn't manage the number of hotel residents in the restaurant so we had to drive to Louth all weekend for food. Bar prices seemed steep to me: 2 cokes and a small lager £12 Few options for walking locally due to golf course and main roads.

Breakfast was very good and the staff were very attentive and helpful. When the shower in our room was faulty staff were very quick to send someone to the room, unfortunately it could not be fixed so they were going to have to move us, as it was evening there were no rooms available so we had to wait till the next day, staff were very helpful and dealt with our problem very efficiently.
