Plenty of room downstairs in the dining area staff always cleaning up and clearing the tables after use also very large car park

When you are staying for several nights and then have to pay to park I think it is a little of putting The room was large and very hot with no air conditioning it had 2 fans but to noisy so had to switch them off to get to sleep Lighting very poor no ceiling lights so just 2bedside lamps 1with black shade and 1 with with white also then given a Large standard light to put in the corner so with large fan plus standard lamp reduced size of room

Very clean and had modern facilities. Friendly and professional staff. The rooms were a good size, well decorated and with everything you would expect. The food was lovely and the staff were friendly, professional and helpful.

There's no proper/fully manned reception, so it was hard to get hold of staff - it took me more than a day to get hold of someone from housekeeping. Although there was a chat feature designed to connect guest with staff, the responses were very, very slow. Also, although the restaurant was fantastic and the food great, there were a lot of items on the menu that were unavailable.

Excellent service very polite and friendly service all around except the breakfast

The breakfast was probably one of the worst we have had and we do every other weekend we have used this hotel for years 9.15 am sat sausages not cooked streaky bacon laying in half inch of fat had to ask for egg as empty potato pieces cold so all 4 of us had beens and toast there was about 10 in wedding party and they emptied nearly everything lids left open not getting filled people were annoyed so coffee beens and toast not very good attal pool and hotel and bar excellent staff brilliant we felt let down Francis uden

The room had all facilities needed, shower leaked a little on to the floor but the bed was amazingly comfortable! The breakfast was standard, staff were helpful and if we wanted anything fresh they see to it to make sure we had it. lots of choice of pastries, yoghurts and toppings, coffee was lovely. As stated before the bed was so comfy, pillows a little hard but it was an amazing stay. The staff were so helpful and kind, even chucked in a few free towells!

We had dinner in the restaurant and although the menu was huge, there wasnt much choice and when the food did come we didnt rate it. Quite bland and boring. The waitress was lovely but the service was really slow with food.

It has an excellent check in. Very modern. The car park looked nice. The gym was nice. The pool was a bit cold and the spa bit wasn’t working. The changing rooms were good standard and modem. The room was a nice size but mattress on floor for child which I think should have been a sofa bed. No need for the silly red sofa or massive lamp. The bar was busy and very noisy disco. Our room was a bit too near this noise especially as it was a family room.

It was modern and stylish

Modern hotel with a lovely reception / bar area. We booked because of the indoor pool and it was great - really big and no restriction on timeframes/booking the pool which was great. It was my birthday too so there was a lovely touch of a bottle of prosecco in the room which was brilliant

We wanted interconnecting rooms but this is only possible with double rooms, not family rooms - which is the opposite of what the lady on the phone said. We also couldn't have a cot in a double room (again the opposite of what the lady on the phone said) so needed to have 2 separate rooms. Would be better if this was specified properly on the website and if the customer service team had the right info

The gym, bar and restaurant facilities were excellent. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The gym in particular was a surprise, fully functional and a wide range of high end equipment. The bar and the food I had in the evening were excellent too, good value for money and generous portions.

The room was very noisy. I could hear everything in adjacent rooms and my room (256) was positioned facing the road, and even with the windows and curtains closed I could hear cars passing very clearly. The room itself was nice, and the bed very comfy.

The staff were helpful and polite when checking into the hotel. They advised that I didn't need to pay for the parking due to the weekend. The onsite Starbucks was a bounce. The hotel was in a convenient location for an evening wedding, I needed to attend in Sittingbourne.

Issue with main light not working bulb gone reported it to reception on check out in the morning as stay one night.

The hotel is very well situated near the M20; the room was comfortable and peaceful. The wifi worked very well! Breakfast was very good and the reception and morning staff were excellent and helpful.

Though the restaurant in the evening was far from full, the service seemed less than ideal. Some customers were queuing at the bar, but we were told to take a seat and wait for table service; this took some time and eventually we needed to remind them we were there waiting. The food was good when it came! There is a riverside pub (Beefeater) just around the corner, which we discovered later

As a large party it would have been good to have the bar open on return from our wedding. Most people would have had 1 drink like a night cap and gone to bed. I thought it a standard procedure for a bar to close after the last guests had gone to bed. The bar area was set up for breakfast and although a few people could buy a drink they could not sit in this area. The night before the bar shut at 10 30 , we were told that as not a weekend night it could not stay open which is fair enough , but expected it open on the Friday.
