Comfortable bed, space, tea etc., phone charger, room service good and polite, housekeeping person very nice and polite and friendly and helpful *** Products for use in bathroom very nice. All the staff I came into contact with were very nice and I would have liked to single 3 out, but I don't know their names. Generally the location of the hotel was quiet and the grounds were kept quite nice too.

Decor is dull and out of date, no extractor in bathroom and nowhere to hang towels to dry. Great place for parties, but I kept closing the corridor doors to try to distance the noise from our room, but they kept being held back ! - don't know what can be done about that really.

The front of house staff were very friendly and approachable. (In fact that was true of ALL staff). I had an issue with my suitcase. The key would not open the lock. I observed the teamwork of staff in action, troubleshooting the problem. They eventually managed to help resolve the issue. I was then able to open my suitcase. Thank you again. Also I needed to book a further reservation for one extra night. This was swiftly completed and I was able stay in a comfortable room thanks to the support of staff.

Everything was fine. One suggestion would be to add some lighting to the board displaying the hotel (near the motorway), so that it can be seen more clearly during the day and at night as people are approaching the hotel from the slip road.

Amazing hotel. Building is great, very clean, facilities are modern and add great value, all inclusive. Was here the night I got married, had to leave early to meet family again, and got here late at night. Was super upset all I could experience was the room, if I had another day I would've definitely explored more of the hotel. Room was huge! Had a bedroom, and a living room, bath towels, nice bathroom. Wasn't expecting something this big. Cleaning staff left a box of chocolates and congratulations note on our bed, along with swan towels. Beautiful touch :) Cards for the room were also labelled Mr and Mrs, super sweet.

Didn't get to spend much time here! Maybe location, was slightly far, had to go around a few motorways to reach, so would need a car or Uber.

The room was quiet, clean and the bed was comfortable. The gym was well equipped and we enjoyed using the spa facilities including pool, sauna and steam room. There was a good choice of food for dinner and a wide range of drinks. All the staff we came across were helpful and friendly. The hotel is near Rochester, an interesting and historic city with plenty to see and do.

We felt the dinner was quite expensive, particularly the main courses, although the service was good as was the quality of the food. The hotel is very close to the main road and I'm not sure if it would be a good location without your own transport.

My executive room had a very comfortable bed with complimentary mini-bar. There was a good sized TV, coffee making facilities and local information guides. The bathroom had a bath, shower and their toiletries used throughout the hotel & spa and dressing gowns. I asked at reception and was also able to get some slippers to use during my stay. I booked last minute for a spa treatment and the staff were very helpful. Dinner in the restaurant was good value for a three-course meal. The bar area offered snacks and there was also a limited menu available for room service. Breakfast offered a wide selection of hot & cold items, all self-service.

My room didn't offer a safe, although some executive rooms do. It would be nice if there was more items on the room service menu.

We was in a room that was divided by a door to the next room, which wasn’t a problem until the occupant decided to make a late phone call, it was very loud and felt like he was in our room, it seemed to go on forever, it then started again at 5.30am. On leaving we was asked if we enjoyed our stay and we mentioned the issue and the receptionist was lovely and said you should have called us and they would have called the room, which we should have done but at the time it felt too late to call reception, this was the only negative and not the hotels fault

our stay at the hotel was brilliant nothing was any trouble for any of the staff they were happy friendly and welcoming, at breakfast it was a selection of buffet and cooked breakfast with fruit and selection of cheeses, cannot fault anything at breakfast and if anyone had a special request that was no trouble either. our room it self was excellent was spotless bathroom was clean and tidy, the restaurant was clean the menu for the evening was good but just not to our taste bit fancy for us but that's just our opinion on that, in the swimming pool area you cannot fault the staff they were welcoming and helpful, the receptionist staff were amazing and very helpful go above and beyond for any visitor. The bar staff especially a young boy which i cannot remember his name was very helpful we asked if we could put our bottle of prosecco in the fridge which was given to us for our friends birthday by the hotel and he said yes nothing was a problem for him so a big thumbs up to him :)

I cannot dislike anything at the hotel.

Hotel was lovely and the room was lovely. Sadly we couldn't stay because something upset our dog could have been noise, smells we don't know. He started to hyperventilate so we took the decision to do the 8 hour drive back to Scotland. My dog is fine now btw. Staff were really nice and sympathetic nothing they could do.

My only issue was that we had booked dinner on the second night as part of the additional offers. This was on the day of my 50th birthday. I understand no refunds on rooms but dinner I do feel an offer of refund could have come for this. I maybe should have asked but we were just wanting to get away. Just to make folk aware that even the additions made after an initial booking aren't refundable..

Bed linen and towels are lovely and clean. Staff seemed friendly and helpful. Location was great especially if you need a rest from motorway travelling. The swimming pool was lovely when my daughter and I could use together. Food here is great with a brilliant and varied selection for breakfast.

The bathroom fan was noisy and full of dust/dirt. The curtain shower was dirty. We requested an upper floor and a quiet room but were provided with a middle floor and then had to endure noisy occupants on the floor above shouting into the early hours. The spa seemed nice but they will not allow children treatment and have ridiculous hours for children to use the pool (8 am to 10 am - literally when breakfast is served and 6 pm to 8 pm - too late for some children). My daughter is 14 and I had to pay an adult rate for her to stay at the hotel, however, she was not allowed to use the pool even though there was nobody using it. We had to wait 3 hours to use.

It's Ccean, It's tidy, its reasonable priced and the food is good. It's also very large - great if you have a group.

Slightly soulless in the way only a business hotel can manage. If you want to be comfortable it's great - recommended. If on the other hand you want a character destination this isn't it :) Friends tell me the swimming pool shut to kids and went into adult only swimming very early in the day, which depending on your view either closets the brats away from tired adults trying to get some exercise or causes a potential major upset for little darlings. Suggest you ringing ahead before booking to fact-check if kids with you and the pool a big draw. Due to the huge capacity and business leanings can get a bit noisy near the bar and restaurant areas.
