Exceptional welcome from all of the members of staff. Lauren at Front of House, and all of the restaurant and kitchen staff welcomed us each morning for breakfast, which was delicious, freshly-made and abundant - something for everyone. Comfortable beds ensured a good night’s rest for us all. We had a two queen with sofa bed room which amply accommodated our three sons and ourselves. Great location for exploring Northamptonshire and its surroundings, and perfect for visiting Silverstone. Parking was incredibly reasonable and well worth the very small charge. Thanks for a lovely stay - we look forward to visiting again!

The hotel overall was very clean and well furbished. The suite was larger than expected, and very comfortable. We slept well and work well rested. Breakfast choice was very good with something to please every palate. The reception staff, both on arrival and at departure were excellent. Very friendly and welcoming.

I was disappointed to find a refrigerator standing on the floor in the lounge area of my suite. Not what I expect from a 4-star hotel. Also, there being a charge for parking and wi-fi was disappointing (although I did not use the wi-fi), especially when the nearby Express by Holiday Inns provided both free of charge. Also, in contrast to reception, the dining room and bar staff (on the first night - we did not use the dining room on the second night) were brusque; and, in the dining room inattentive.

The walls next door to our room (151) were very thin, and we could clearly hear the conversation next door without being in their room. That was very strange! However, maybe something like wall installation is needed moving forward, but this cost would have to be impacted by the client's room pricing to get done, but it would be worth it.

Amazing breakfast, quiet, comfy, lovely staff

We had a dinner bed and breakfast deal. I was told that the kids were included in the dinner and breakfast a on arrival was told theh weren't The manager sorted so it turned out fine but I think the website needs to be clearer on what's included or not. If I'm booking a dinner for 4 people I'd expect them to be fed When we checked in we were told breakfast ran to 11am but then we had a call at 9.30am to say it was 10am so we had to rush down. Great a mistake was realised and corrected so we didn't miss breakfast but was a bit late notice

Reception and staff welcoming. Lovely bar area Hotel room huge, big TV, comfortable lage bed No lift if mobility issues, so woukd recommend ground floor room. Did not have dinner or spa facilities as meeting family, only 1 night stay Breakfast is one of the best we have had from a hotel, buffet style. Would definitely stay again to enjoy swimming pool

The hotel is straight off the motorway on a very busy junction. Would not recommend trying to walk to the shopping areas, but that is not a hotel fault

Clean, spacious and welcoming

That dogs weren’t allowed in the bar area. We didn’t mind and understood why not in the breakfast room but our well behaved, small, cockapoo was very quiet and not bothering anyone. Most people in the bar area were having meetings and there is a conference rooms section as well. No one actually noticed for about half hour. And the area they are allowed - the reception area - certainly didn’t have the same feel at all.

Breakfast was exceptional. A huge choice of hot & cold food to suit everyone's tastes. Tasted delicious & staff in the restaurant were so friendly & welcoming. Check-in staff were very welcoming when arriving & leaving & also put on an Easter egg hunt for the children at no extra cost. Rooms are clean & and spacious, very quiet at night with comfy clean beds. Very impressed with our stay here amazing value for money , amazing food , lovely location with such friendly staff.

The Hilton isn't a budget hotel. An overnight stay with a couple of drinks and a meal is going to set you back the best part of £150 unless you get some sort of deal. Yet this Hilton, on the outskirts of Northampton, has adopted an approach similar to budget hotels and expects you to pay for parking in its own carpark. It's not the amount that sticks in my throat, its a nominal £5 per night, but the principle that rather than being treated as a guest, I'm being treated like a cash cow where every penny can be milked out of me. Will probably start charging for towels next, or in-person check in.

The hotel is great . Rooms staff breakfast all first class .

I've stayed 20+ times . Never been charged for my dog. On arrival informed £35 pet charge. On Hilton website clearly states £35. On booking.com website " pet charges may apply" . Booking.com needs to be honest on applicable charges. As well as £35 pet charge it's £7 per night to park the car . So what I thought was a great deal wasn't after arrival. Not Hiltons fault; step up Booking.com

The best thing about this hotel was the staff! Exceptional from start to finish! The little touches, such as the complimentary glass of wine on arrival and the VIP Mini check in desk for children. Children were also given an entertainment welcome pack on arrival, which was once again complimentary. Breakfast was outstanding! So much choice and even an arts and crafts table for the children. This is by far the best hotel I’ve stayed at for a long time, mainly down to how well looked after the children were, and the special extra touches. Outstanding customer service! We will definitely return!
