Really nice staff, Rooms were spacious and comfy. Breakfast came included and was great value for money. The bathroom was spacious too and came with toiletries. I would highly recommend.

Nice hotel and pub. Food in the pub in the evening was very good and no complaints. The breaakfast was excellent. Great choice for both meals. The room was a good size, clean and nice bathroom.

Not really the hotels fault that we visited during an unseasonably hot day/night and as it was the UK, there was no Aircon in the rooms. The hotel reception had it, but the room was like an oven. We asked for a fan and reception gave us one. It helped but it was still very warm. Probably wouldn't have been an issue 9 times out of 10, but it was hot for our visit.

Stayed for 3 nights while visiting family. Good sized rooms, obviously recently renovated to a good standard. Comfy bed. Clean facilities. Hot and cold buffet breakfast prepared to a good standard. Friendly, helpful staff. Good, clean, inexpensive accommodation, right next to the canal.

Not a fault of the property itself, but the access road leading to the carpark entrance is also the access road to the local Costco. We stayed over the weekend and had difficulty getting into, or out of, the carpark on several occasions, especially on Saturday.

Next to motorway excellent choice for breakfast big spacious rooms very quiet we had breakfast outside with a lovely view would definitely stay again for leisure instead of business and bring my partner for breakfast outside and a relaxing night so overall great place and I wanted for nothing great place great staff great location excellent food excellent room and the smellies in the bathroom were lovely

There was a slight smell from the canal but that can't be helped and the carvery was limited although it was late when we arrived

The room was large and very clean. Couldn’t fault it. The pub joined onto the hotel was great which served lovely food and a fab all you can eat buffet breakfast.

No air con. The room was unbearably hot to the point we couldn’t sleep and had to take a cold shower at 3am. The receptionist did give us a fan on check in as he said the rooms are extremely hot. My partner considered going downstairs and sitting in reception in the early hours as that was ice cold and very welcoming on the hottest day of September.

I was surprised with all the welcome hospitality we received and how clean, quiet and big our room was. I honestly does not have any bad words to say about my staying there. It is quiet, the staff is absolutely friendly and helpful, the room was impeccable clean, it was the bigger room that I have ever stayed in UK & Ireland. The breakfast was nice also I have found the location really good as you can have a Bolt car and in 20 min be in Manchester City. It was perfect!

Nothing to say.

Bedroom was large and very clean, with a very comfortable large bed. Good clothes hanging space, iron and ironing board. Good WiFi. Large walk-in shower and very clean. Excellent buffet breakfast in main building. Secure car park and reception staffed till late. Overall, a very good place to stay overnight, or for a few days. Location just off M60 was great and easy to find.

Whilst breakfast selection was great, I would have appreciated a mixture of prepared fruit rather than individual pieces of fruit. But that's just my preference and overall breakfast was excellent.

The room, was very comfortable and well equipped, the shower room was a good size. The room itself was very quiet. Breakfast was good value and quality.

Obviously it’s almost next to the M60 which I was aware of before booking so you will hear this if you have the window open. My room was facing west towards the motorway and was very warm in the sun, the quilt was also rather thick for the summer. In hot weather ask for a room facing away from the motorway as it will be quieter and cooler.

We had a lovely break away to visit some friends in Manchester that we haven’t seen in a while. The staff were so warm and welcoming. They were all so friendly and nothing was too much. I was so fussy at breakfast and kept making special request (the beans lady🤣) but nothing was too much and staff were always willing to accommodate. The food was good value for money I couldn’t finish it as so much of it! Bar staff also very friendly and happy to give recommendations on drinks etc. Room was very clean and kept clean on a daily basis with fresh towels. Cleaners were also lovely and smiling.

The only thing I would say is if you are not driving it’s a little difficult to get to and around if your used to London transport system. We didn’t drive because we wanted to totally relax without the children. Pillows were not too great and a little flat. I Would definitely stay here again when we are visiting friends 😊

The bed was really comfortable, Room was a nice layout with plenty of room. Bathroom was cold but very modern. breakfast was amazing plenty of food there definitely not one to miss!

The pub doesn't have alot of choice drinks wise. Food and drinks are very expensive we ordered a plate of messy chips for near £6 we expected enough for 2 to pick at we were surprised when around 10 chips were handed over. We ordered a pint of carlsberg and a single Malibu and pineapple that came up to near £10 Pub Staff in the morning were so much more welcoming than in the evening it would of been nice to have the same
