Breakfast was really good, not sure about the sausages. The breakfast host was friendly.

Not got the typical bnb feel about it, more competing with premier inn/travel lodge. Bathroom could do with a bit of a change - the toilet right outside the shower was unusual. The shower head needs changing - wouldn’t go up and stay up well. The bathroom light above sink didn’t work. The bulb in one bedroom lamp didn’t work either. Finding the building using satnav was problematic and led us up Portmore Rd straight past it. We eventually found it and the entrance/car park is off the main road.

Everything was very clean - the towels and the bed linen smelled amazing, not a speck of dust or dirt anywhere.

There were two of us travelling, and we only received one shower gel and one bar of soap - those little bottles are way too small to be used by two people :) So we ended up going to the store across the street to buy shower gel, right before closing time. However, the bathroom was very clean and the towels smelled amazing!

They upgraded my room to more bigger room with small kitchen as i stay more than 2 days. They also clean the room everyday and change the towel everyday For the breakfast , there are menus which we can order. Super fast and fresh hot It is near the tesco, coffee shop and city centre which is walkable Easily to get taxi throught fonacab

Gillian and her staff were very friendly, personal and accommodating. Breakfast choices were many and of good quality. The room was spacious and clean, with a good size ensuite bathroom and shower. Inhouse laundry was an added bonus and much appreciated.

I had some difficulty figuring out how to adjust the wall radiators temperature.

I used to stay here lots and the update to the building is great. The bed was very comfy and the shower was good. TV was working well and I had no issues. Breakfast is good with the new set up. I didnt have time for a cooked one but had cereal. I recommend staying at Bannview.

The room was a bit cold to begin as the heater was off, until I got it on and it heated up a few hours later. The WiFi signal is slightly patchy but works intermittently.

I tottaly loved my stay at this place, everything about this place was up to the mark, clean and tidy, the room was beautiful with enough sunlight, the staff were super friendly and helpful, the location is close to everything you need. not even a 10 min walk to the train station.

Lovely, clean room. Perfect location for us visiting family. The breakfast menu was brilliant, lovely food cooked to ordered.

I don’t think it’s really the hotels fault but for our first day and night the sewers in the bathroom smelt really bad. We didn’t complain becuase like I say, I don’t think the hotel staff could really do anything about that.

the only grumble I would have is the lack of parking spaces especially as I had a large work van. saying this the owners son happily moved his car to accommodate my vehicle. maybe an extension of the hotels car park might be an idea.

Loved how gillian took time to call me to explain everything and also accommodated my needs for booking in etc. This place is a absolute gem in Co Armagh and is a great central location with great busses and trains. The accommodation Itself was excellent and great value for money. I need made breakfast due to overdoing the night before my apologies but I know people who have stayed here many times so i know its also great. Thanks for my stay and u will definitely use again.

Nothing all was top quality

It was an easy, short walk from the train station. Gillian was helpful and friendly. The room was spacious. Good bathroom, comfortable bed. The breakfast in the morning was excellent - I was expecting a limited continental breakfast but we had a a choice between many cooked options as well which included an excellent Ulster Fry (would have been great to have had veg roll with it).

Nothing. It did what we wanted.
