The location is perfect if you want to stay near Heathrow airport. The bus stop is right outside (703 bus), and there is also a shuttle bus. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We were able to leave our suitcases there all day after check out and all day before we checked in. The room was a decent size with a comfortable bed and a TV.

No major issues, we really enjoyed our stay but the AC didn't go below 21° so found it really hot in the room and our bathroom wasn't as clean as we expected it to be but didn't really affect our stay. I would book again

Great hotel for that night before/after a flight. 703 bus was so easy to catch to Terminal 5. Good refurbishment under way and could sense the newness of things. Highly recommend..... Excellent, quick responses to messages !

The shower was one of the best used recently in a hotel but ..... the shower curtain was not nice. Perhaps the next phase of refurbishment ? The air con was not great ?

Far exceeded expectations for the price. Perfect for what we needed. Don't get the airport shuttle, purple bus, from the airport. We paid £12 for 2 people one way...next day got the normal bus, right outside the hotel...£2 for both.

The room are tidy and clean. Got almost basic facilities in a room. Except no phone to call the reception when l have inquiry. The staffs are friendly and l felt very welcome there. Pretty room, and lounge areas. It’s also very close with frequent transport to T5 Heathrow airport.

Clean, spacious and quiet room which was pleasant to stay in. Ideal location for Heathrow Airport.

Car parking was a little complex necessitating a member of staff accompanying you to unlock the gate. It seems the car park proper was out of service. That said, parking was very secure.

Absolutely fantastic hotel! The manager is amazing, she is so lovely and friendly. The whole hotel is very clean and in fantastic condition throughout. The pizza is lovely and the alcohol is very well priced compared to the competition.

Comfortable and spacious room. Our room was at the end of a corridor and was very peaceful with no noise from either inside or outside the hotel so we got a good night's sleep before our flight. Very comfortable bed and a good shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The old village of Colnbrook is 10 minutes walk down the road and worth a quick visit. The Ostrich pub is a lovely old pub which serves good food. There is also a pub almost directly opposite the hotel. A regular and reliable bus service operates between the hotel and Terminal 5 and takes about 10 minutes. This costs approx £7 per person one way so is quite expensive.

No complaints at all. We booked a few months in advance and paid a very reasonable rate. I did not have high expectations due to the low cost so was pleasantly surprised by the standard.
