The welcome check in was good, i felt valued and considered. I was asked what room i wanted (ground floor or first floor). I said whatever is the quietest and was given a first floor room. The room was airy and a good size. Clean and comfortable.

Unfortunately i could hear an American man speaking loudly on the phone and he continued his conversation until 4am. Luckily i had brought ear plugs with me but still I was concerned that the walls were thin enough for me to hear him, which sounded as though he was arguing/complaining about his girlfriend.

Great price, good location with Tesco 10-15 minute walk, staff were very polite, beds were comfortable with clean bedding, big tv with cable channels & Netflix, bathroom was modern with clean towels and toiletries, kitchen with hot drinks and cereal available, communal area with TV and plenty of seating and also a nice large garden with seating.

Not enough plug sockets, ideally beds should have at least one accessible socket, so whilst looking I found one behind a table and headboard with a huge hole in the wall where plaster had fallen out. Bedroom furniture was stained, marked and dated. They stated no smoking in rooms but someone on the ground floor near reception had a date with ganja before bed 🤣. I don't mind but others may, male reception wasn't to be seen either when I passed the forbidden fragrance 🤔.

In a quiet and peaceful area with no noise nearby at night, a nice garden out the back to relax in, a social area with alot of soft seating and a TV so you can relax outside of your room if you wish! The facilities are very good for the price paid the beds are comfy and the rooms are very clean and airy! the staff are always very polite! There is a kitchen area where you can prepare your own meal if you wish, and a simple but effective breakfast (not cooked) that is good to start your day included in the price! I have stayed here often recently as I go to a club nearby and I would say the hotel is an LGBTQ+ friendly location! Staff remember guests and are very welcoming on return.

The only issue with this hotel is the very limited parking (not the hotels fault) there are 4 spaces on the drive and everything on the road for a long way around is restricted parking between 10-4pm Monday-Friday which has caused some issues when checking in at 2pm! But the hotel itself is well worth the money.

Close to the underground - parking available also. Shower access and wasn't too small of a room. Beds were made up well also.

Cleaniness - damp/leak marks on walls. Needs repainting. Bathroom was untidy without additional toilet roll.

It’s more like a hostel but private room & bath. Communal living, dining, kitchen. Simple but clean & quiet. Lovely back garden. Staffed 24 hours, very friendly and helpful. 15 min walk to tube station, supermarket. Good water pressure, lots of hot water in shower. Comfortable bed, nice comforter, good storage in room.

No counter space in bathroom.

A good place to stay as we had a wedding to attend in the local area. Bathroom was great and the room was exactly what we expected for the price. Staff were very friendly. There was a big garden also.

The room was very close to the kitchen therefore there was noise from conversations in the kitchen and corridors at night. It wasn’t a problem as I had ear plugs so I’d recommend taking some just in case.

The receptionist was lovely and friendly when we arrived, helpful polite and approachable. Free cereal and little smoking/seating area out back. The bathroom was also nice, the bedding as clean also. Good place to stay if you just need someplace to sleep and aren't too fussed about decor etc. Location was lovely, nice residential area very close to tube station and also a small high street. Would definitely stay again and also reccomend. In London I have paid a lot more to stay in a lot worse hotel/rooms. I was very pleasantly surprised.

It was clean enough that it didn't bother me but there definitely could be more attention to detail with the cleaning, maybe a lick of paint on the walls/doors to hide general scuff marks but the beds/bedding and toilet were clean! So did not impact my stay negatively at all.

The staff were great. The garden was lovely. The area was nice and quiet and the centre of town had all the facilities/shops you could need. Local pubs were great too.

Bathroom was too small. No WiFi in the rooms so no access to streaming services on the TV. Had to use our own phone data to connect the TV up. A bit disappointed.

For a budget hotel it's a very nice set-up. There is a very nice garden and shared lounge/kitchen area. The room, while basic, was clean, nicely presented and had a modern en suite.

My room at the front definitely needed curtains as well as the blinds, as they didn't block out all the light.
