The room was clean, a good size and had what we needed. I have mobility issues, and one of the two parking spaces was kept for us to use, which I really appreciated. Great location for what we needed, and staff left a little London themed gift for my daughter before we left.

We never found the shared kitchen, but we managed ok without it. Access is a little bit tricky if you have mobility issues, and I don't think it would be wheelchair accessible.

This hotel is a little gem with very, very easy access to the airports, bus and railway stations, city centre and the main attractions of London. Only one underground line was needed to reach most of our destinations and the station was only 5 mins walk away (Blackhorse Rd station). There were other over and underground lines and bus routes close by as well but we didn't need to use them. The area (Walthamstow) was pleasant, well lit up in the night, quiet and we felt very safe. There is a main shopping street there with food shops, cafes, restaurants, local shops and a street market. Despite being only a 2 star hotel, our room for three people was big enough, well furnished, very clean and made us feel like home. The owner made some personal touches which were nice (pictures, plants, shelving etc.) and there was a fridge in the room as well which was very useful. The beds were very comfortable and each day we looked forward to going back to rest after a long day spent sight seeing in the city. The room was cleaned every day and the lady who did it was very polite, exceptionally nice and approachable. Thank you Trinity House Hotel for making our trip to London so enjoyable!

The hostess was friendly and helpful. The hotel room was clean and with all stated stuffs. Location is almost perfect, there is bus, underground or overground nearby in few minutes of a walk. Also, there is a couple of nice restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

The room was small for three people to sit or chill comfortably. Overall feeling of the building itself is slightly old.

The room was so clean and the facilities were new. The staffs were attentive about cleaning. The price was definitely worth it to the place. The location was accessible to train stations, bus stops, and convenient stores. We were even given souvenirs by the owner when we left which I think was a lovely gesture.

I was bothered at first when I entered the hotel as the carpet and the stairs looked old. But when we entered the room it was superb, clean, and looked new. There's no reception area as well and would only need to contact the receptionist through mobile phone if there's any concerns so it felt a little uneasy and unsafe.

We spent there one night in a room for three people. I was there with my two friends and the main purpose of our trip was the match between Tottenham and Arsenal. I was sleeping on the bed in the middle which was really big for one person and very comfortable, the rest two beds were (according to my friends) very soft. So if you are going there and you are reading this review choose the bed in the middle :-D. The room was ok, not great, not terrible, the host was very responsive. This was the only accommodation in London with a rating of at least 8.0 and a price lower than 85 EUR. And it was close to the stadium so we were satisfied.

The room is ok for one or two nights, I could not imagine staying there longer. When I compare the temperature in the bathroom and in the room where we were sleeping, the difference has to be at least five degrees. Except that I would say everything was ok.

The location of Hotel is easy to find with easy access to underground and train stations to center of the city. There is plenty of shops around. The staff of the hotel is friendly and made room available before official time of arrival. It is important to communicate it in advance with staff. Staff checked and cleaned room every day and bags of tea/milk/sugar were restocked, which was very nice. Besides wear of some equipment everything was functional. We are satisfied with our stay.

Some of the equipment of the room shows wear and should be replaced in near future (carpet, chair, table). Value for money is great. It took us on average 20-22 minutes by underground to get to the center of the city, so if you are looking for something directly in the center, you should expect to spent some time traveling. As family of four we spent around 90 pounds in transport fees (2 adults + 2 children). This depends on your needs and what you want to see.

A very clean room, with a comfortable bed and a good shower. Good heating in the room. Good curtains to block any light from entering the room at night. The room was made up every day, and the teabags & milk were always topped up. There was also a fridge in the room which was a nice bonus! I would stay again

There were two things that were very disappointing with my stay. The first of these is that the toilet appeared to have been broken and glued back together, which is not nice. The second was that one of the windows was missing its handle, and so could not be closed. As the room was at ground level, and faced directly onto the street, this was a security issue, and also allowed the street noise in.

Room was warm and comfortable - ideal for a winter stay. Spotlessly clean. There was limited parking at the back which we were able to use when needed. There was plenty of really hot water.

We were more than satisfied. There was an extra bed in the room which we didn't need. I do feel space would have been rather tight for 3 people . Maybe a couple and child would have been ok.

Clean room, metro station is in close enough, only 10-15 minute walk away. Perfect for a couple staying for a few nights.

Bathroom stays quite moist after showering, only option is to open the window, but it does not dry well when its cold outside. The radiator in the room was either too hot or too cold, it seemed difficult to adjust it. That was a small problem though.
