View from hotel was lovely :) room was cleaned regularly and had pretty much everything we required for our stay. Breakfast basket was always refilled as well as bottle water supplied whenever run out. Hotel owner was polite and said to let him know if we needed anything, bed was comfy, great tv for winding down, clothes storage cupboard was nice size to fit all our things in. Overall best hotel i stayed at so far in weston.

The frige in the room was a bit faulty therfor it kept freezing our food then defrosting it, ending up in wasted food. It was also slightly noisy at night time due to bar music but not too bad.

Good, clean, great value accommodation in prime seafront position, with nice bathroom and all the requirements for a DIY breakfast, including kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge with milk, loaf of bread, butter and bottles of water, plus cereal packets, jam and all crockery and cutlery for two. It’s key box entry - which we only found out thanks to the friendly folk in the restaurant below, but no problem. Paid-for parking is almost next door but we missed the entrance and parked for free in nearby street.

A tea towel would not go amiss, for those of us perhaps re-using the cups/dishes

Room 2, great view, huge bathroom. Had everything we needed. Breakfast was adequate, cereals and a loaf of bread, butter and jam and marmalade. I was happy with it but my husband popped to weatherspoons for his breakfast on the first morning. Not really a continental breakfast in truth. Nice to have fresh milk for the tea and coffee.

none of the appliances - kettle, toaster or fridge worked via the extension leads they were plugged into so we had to start rearranging things! left a note so hopefully something will be done as it’s not functioning at all. Also someone has locked the window handle in the open position so we were unable to shut the window properly. No email arrived with instructions on how to get in but the manager of Nicks Eatery was helpful. Had to phone to chase the code.

Great location, facilities were excellent, comfortable room.

I would have given this hotel five stars if it wasn't for the vibration behind the bathroom wall, it droned all the time we were there it's probably a central heating pipe or something like that I would imagine, it was a lot quieter with the door shut but you could still hear it, this was room number 2, also the window wouldn't open, no doubt they will get these sorted but would probably ask for a different room if staying again.

Staff really helpful message we received to get in was easy to follow. Had everything we needed fridge tea facilities hair dryer. Fresh towels, loo roll. If we could of stayed longer we would of done xx Fresh bread butter, marmalade or jam. And a coffee maker also. Would I stay here again most definitely we would xx

Bed could do with upgrading or maybe a mattress topper. But we slept OK.

The room was lovely and spacious with a great view of the sea front. Liked having a toaster and microwave. Large bathroom, very clean. We didn't meet the hotel staff but they were quick and helpful when resolving minor queries. Good value. Nick and all the staff at Nick's eatery downstairs were super friendly.

The bed was comfy but sagged a bit in the middle. I would have preferred it if the bed had been bigger.

The location is perfect, the host Arthur was exceptional, the breakfast supplies suited us perfectly, cereals milk, loaf bread,butter/marmalade, bottles of water. And these are replaced daily as you use them,loved it. Shower was great, tv/Wi-Fi all great, bed was nice, quiet at night, ticked all the boxes for us, and value for money ? Yes 10/10

Very comfy bed, large room, great tv, very warm, quiet, lovely sea view, tea,coffee,sugar,bread,milk,coffee maker,toaster,fridge & large cups for a change!👍, short walk to town & pier, car park next door (£12 for 24hrs though,price nothing to do with hotel).

Need better sign post for entrance - had to go into restaurant underneath - who kindly shown us entrance door, its self check in & out with a small key box at entrance door.

Lovely room, a good size. Really lovely bathroom. Liked the breakfast option being available in the bedroom with a mini-kitchen. Really useful if staying a little longer and wanting to prepare snacks.

Breakfast was self catering toast and cereal. This was not explained in advert. Not a problem if you are informed on advert prior to booking. Headboard has attached cushions, needs cleaning as very dusty..
