The staff is wonderful. The breakfast is pretty good. The location is perfect for me. Banks, restaurants, Abitab, lavadero, the shopping center (cell phone services), bus, taxi, beach, and everything I would want are all within a 10 minute walk.

I would have liked a thinner pillow on the bed. A small wash cloth in the bathroom would be helpful. It was nice to have shampoo provided but a better quality product would be good. The fan on the air conditioner made a lot of noise and could use maintenance. By the end of my stay the noise had reduced due to the machine being used but still it showed its age. Fortunately my complaints are all small and more just suggestions on how to make a great stay even better.

The room was perfect large, and cozy, with street view, cleanliness waa impecable. There was a small kitchen for meal preparation, tea and coffee. I picked Armon because of the location, since I was suppose to come with my son. Transportation is easily available, and you can get everywhere walking. The staff was very helpful, I appreciate how they took excellent care of me! I wish I would have stayed longer!!

The pool appeared to be closed, and the gym needs more update

Great location, room was spacious with comfortable bed, and a little kitchenette. We enjoyed how close it was to the Pocitos beach and it is in an overall really nice and safe neighbourhood to walk around. There is a great café just across from the street and many other restaurants. It's also close to a few money exchange places, which was super helpful. It was also really nice that the front desk staff gave us a SIM card for free and explained how we could activate it.

The bathroom shower and tub are really outdated. The pool was also in a super inconvenient and weird spot in the hotel. You have to go down to the main lobby, cross through the small restaurant/conference centre, and then go up a set of stairs. It's awkward to walk around the hotel in your bathing suit...

In spite of current restoration work in the street, it was pretty easy to get to the hotel coming from the airport. The location is very good, at walking distance to the ramblas and other attractions. The room was very spacious. The staff was always very polite and made sure my stay was good.

The decor looks a bit dated already, but if you're not looking for trendy and boutique-style places, there's nothing to complain about it.

Excellent location:close to Pocitos Beach, Restaurants, Coffee Shops and Supermarkets. Room 601: well kept, comfortable bed, small refrigerator, microwave, etc. Free WiFi with very good connectivity. Courteous staff.

Functional. Nice reception - especially the friendly woman from Cuba who cared a lot - and of course: the sauna, which was hard to find in Montevideo. I then booked another 6,7 nights at the reception because the hotel was really better than expected.

I think I liked everything. Maybe the price but that’s ok since you know before.

We did not eat breakfast. It was over too soon. The location is good; access to everything. Staff is friendly. The area is really safe.

There is litter all over the sidewalks; very uneven sidewalks for older people. Some people don’t clean up after their dogs. Beware: pedestrians do not have the right of way except at traffic lights. The hotel lobby is nice, the rooms just seem old. Bathrooms are great.

The service was great, breakfast service was good and plentiful, pool was great size and clean, the room was big and comfortable. The crib was setup as requested. Hi estoy great location and super clean and comfortable hotel with a great and friendly staff!

The extra bed in the room made the use of space difficult. The pool requires you reserve a turn - would have been good to know this in advance so I didn’t get a 9pm turn. Need some sugar free breakfast options - even the fruit option had sugar. Fresh fruit would have been great. Also, overnight there was only one staff so could leave desk and bring something over or fix bedding.

Nice and kind staff and great location to stay near Punta Carretas. Close and soft walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants/bars nearby. It was also next to bus stops. The room has plenty of space, with good furniture.

The pillows could be better, but were ok. The bathroom could be also more modern.

My wife and I live within two blocks of the hotel and it is a comfortable, convenient and safe place to accommodate family visiting from abroad. We recently booked one of the larger rooms for our eldest daughter and her family. They really liked the accommodations and the location. There are two excellent cafes across the street; the Parque Villa Biarritz (with its Tuesday and Saturday markets); Punta Carretas Shopping within walking distance; and many other amenities close by. Public transportation and taxis are close at hand.
