We got a very clean and cozy room number with a comfortable bed, kettle, a little fridge and other facilities in a good condition. The bathroom had enough space and was well-equipped. The cleaning and towel changing were every day. The staff was very attentive. We liked our location: 10 minutes in the bus to the center and in a walk distance from the sea area, shops and restaurants.

Really crowded pool area, not enough space for the visitors. The breakfasts are simple and almost the same every day.

Great location, with a vast choice of supermarkets, stores and restaurants at walking distance. Public transport available to key touristic spots in other neighbourhoods. Swimming pool in the rooftop with amazing view of the bay especially during sunset. Nice spa with jacuzzi, sauna and hammam.

Breakfast was generous and delicious, but it was exactly the same every day of our stay. The rooftop swimming pool was closed for a whole afternoon and evening for a private event.

I loved the ambience at the hotel, the check in was smooth. The staff at the counter were extremely polite and very helpful. I loved the cleanliness of the room and the facilities provided to the guests staying at the Hotel. The quality of hospitality was top notch and the fact that the hotel was fully booked is evident from its popularity.

Being a vegetarian, perhaps the options were limited. However, I think it is in line with the general trend in Uruguay. The food that was on offer for vegetarians was fresh and good.

Very busy at breakfast so although a large restaurant area at times it was hard to find a seat. A good variety of food on offer at the buffet. Our bedroom room was large with a comfortable King sized bed. All the usual facilities were there including a safe, hairdryer tv etc. The hotel is a taxi ride from the old town but close to the waterfront and there are plenty of eating places in the area.The underground parking was easy to access.

The location was ideal. 200 metres from the beach with plenty of shops and restaurants / bar in the immediate area. All of the staff were very helpful, courteous and friendly particularly the breakfast staff. The room allocated was very nice, spacious and comfortable. I used the gym which was very good. The breakfasts provided were very good value with hot and cold options.

I had been looking forward to spending some time relaxing at the rooftop swimming pool. Nothing on the hotel website indicated it was closed (or I may have reconsidered my booking). On arrival at the hotel I checked and discovered the pool area was closed until the 19th November. Very disappointing.

Excellent staff good restaurant (good variety of dishes) one off the reception staff Fecundo was very helpful in assisting me to retrieve my mobile phone when I left it in a taxi.

No variation of the breakfast, too many cakes all very similar, only 2 hot dishes. No table cloths or placemats in restaurant. Roof top pool too dark at night, no pool lights.

Nice big room lovely bed nice clean bathroom. Quiet at night great sleep. Buffet breakfast good choice. Friendly reception staff. Great location for bars and restaurants

The restaurant area was dark needs more lighting. The on site steak restaurant was very expensive and very dark for eating.. never busy. Better restaurants nearby and cheaper

Location perfect to downtown and beaches

When we arrived on a Friday , it was obvious our room was not cleaned. For example , crumbs of food by the window. On the third day our room was never cleaned. We did leave the room from 10:00 AM -2:00PM and figured it would have been done then. We were again gone from 5-8 PM and still not cleaned. Tracked down a worker to get some clean towels and she was nice about that. Maybe short staff due to a holiday.

The room was a good size and clean, comfy bed, Location. the swimming pool was looking good but weather cognition we couldn't use it. also, I notice it swimming pool on top of the roof great view but no shade.

Breakfast was acceptable but wasn't so great, not much fruit and the cakes were dry, only one type of cheese. Plus Breakfast room was very dark and not really great to start the day. wasn't a horrible experience but definitely needs improvement.

Room was very spacious, clean and the bed was so comfortable! Location is the best, and the garage is open 24 hours, spacious , and at very reasonable price if you are at the hotel, It’s important when you travel w a car and very few have it. The breakfast great, variety of foods and options.It was very bussy but no one had to wait for anything, and staff kept cleaning tables and making sure there was plenty of everything .
