Buffet breakfast was very good with wide variety of choices. Also the eating area was beautiful with incredible views. Cute main lounge areas and nice bar available for guests. We had a late night pizza from the bar that was FANTASTIC. Front staff were so cheerful and helpful. Always greeted us and asked about our day (remembering what we were going to do), made us reservations, helped us with transportation, loaned us bikes (small fee), etc. Our room was spacious with a great view overlooking the beach and the ocean/river. We left curtains open to enjoy all the time. Area is very safe and has good access to all the sights. I was relieved we had rented in this area versus the old town.

The staff at the front desk were exceptional in assisting every request for directions, services, reservations, and transportation. As were the staff at the bars and restaurants, very courteous and pleasant.

The door for the room used for the massage and spa didn't latch closed and it's very unprofessional to have hotels guests walking by looking at you while having a massage. The front desk never had any small bills to make change and we were always told to walk to a shopping mall (15-20 minutes) to get money which is inconvenient, especially at night.

Hotel design and hotel facility is very stylish, the room was beautiful (although our bed was broken) and the location overviewing the bay is cool.

If (literally) only 2 out of ten hotel staff members are reaching the level of a five star hotel, you get a feeling of dissapointment. There is no vibe of hospitality. Don't go there for the pool area. It is very small and cramped in the backyard between big buildings looking down on you.

Superb location on Rambla República del Perú. Our room had great views of the river and beach. Great breakfast with made-to-order eggs.

For other than breakfast, restaurant was mediocre and very expensive. All services were very expensive, e.g. parking, laundry, etc.

The Hotel is Beautiful and feels new. I would definitely recommend the room with river view, it’s stunning!

I honestly think they should improve their breakfast. specially the eggs and vegetables. It was unbeatable and I had to order omelet everyday at an extra price. Also offering at least a bottle of water a day would be more than fair.

The room was lovely and big, quiet and comfortable. The shower was excellent. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and very varied in choice. The pool was lovely and empty when I used it.

I would have preferred to have used the sauna but didn't realise I couldn't without calling reception and when I did I couldn't get an answer. The leaflet we were given on arrival did mention this though to be fair.

Our Terraza in 1101 was fantastic with perfect view of the beach. The facilities were all good- pool, gym, restaurant. The breakfasts were terrific! The staff could not have been more helpful. location excellent.

Bed and bathroom lovely. Ocean view outstanding. The pool was much smaller than it appears in the photos, and is surrounded by a depressing looking courtyard with all the ambiance of an elevator shaft. Breakfast not worth it.

Beautiful view, great location. Staff is very helpful and polite, Manager Francisco helped us so much for check-in and check out. Everything was great we'll recommend this place, and we'll be back for sure . Thank you so much for everything

The view is awesome and the poolarea is good for chilling. the beds are really comfy and the bathroom is nice. the whole design was really amazing. Also the neighborhood is great.

the breakfast solution with covid was not satisfying. not enough staff to handle the situation. maybe a lot better when pandemic is over :)
