The indoor pool was nice and clean. it was easily accessible. the breakfast was one of the better complimentary breakfasts we have had. there was sausage, eggs, biscuits, grits/oatmeal, muffins, waffles, cereal, and bananas. there was also three options for juice. this was a nice tough and saved us a bit on having to go out and get breakfast each morning. we were here for softball and it was super close to both parks my kiddo played at. lots of doordash options but many restaurants got our orders wrong repeatedly, so I don’t recommend ordering from doordash. the only complaint I had was the lobby smelt like marijuana at night. regardless who does what on their own time, I feel like management should have addressed where the smell was coming from and put a stop to it.

The staff was very friendly and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The water pressure was fantastic. The breakfast was better than I expected - coffee was a bit weak, but I enjoyed the make-your-own waffles and sausage & egg biscuit sandwich.

The building is obviously older, so not as updated or clean as I'd like. But everything was fully functional.

it was extremely nosey in the morning it was hard to sleep in if I tried. the housekeepers we’re doing to much when they were cleaning. it was a lot of loud thuds and banging and the walls were a little thin.. they should think about getting sound proof doors as well. I had one housekeeper come into my room she didn’t knock at all.

Friendly staff, whirlpool, location.

There were multiple visible stains, White stains, on the chair in my room. There was red makeup smeared on the wall in my room, which looked like blood. My bed was pretty hard but it was sufficient for one night. The housekeeper cleaned the wall when I asked.

The front desk staff was exceptionally helpful, suggesting a very convenient room for our stay with our dog. And I loved that they did not charge a pet fee. The wood-look flooring looked nice and made me feel more certain it was clean.

The room was a little shabby and the entry was under construction. There was no uncollected pet waste in the dog walking area but there must have been 500 cigarette butts. Yecch!

Breakfast wasn’t that good

Seen a roach and not enough towels in the bathroom also found hair clips in one of the beds so obviously they wasn’t properly changed prior so we used one bed

The staff was really nice and the hotel was clean.

The shower curtain was too short and water got onto the floor. There wasn't any place to hang wet towels or anything in the bathroom. Why do they never give you seem to give you enough towels? Need firmer pillows.

The staff was very courteous and the lobby/breakfast area was cozy and up to date. We loved the indoor pool and our suite was larger than we expected. They're also pet friendly with only a $20 charge per pet.

Everything. The rooms were comfy and clean and the staff was so friendly and helpful!!! I definitely recommend staying at this hotel! I had a slight problem with a neighbor and called the front desk and she handled it right away. I will definitely be back to stay again!

Breakfast was nice, building was modern and aesthetically pleasing both inside and out.

Construction outside and we were given a room with plastic covering the window so we had no view outside but it wouldn’t even qualify as a mild inconvenience. Still a very nice stay.
