The room was great. Bed was very nice. Very clean. Gave us the type of room we needed. Bathroom was nice and clean. Breakfast was ok.

The night desk persons is not really friendly. The one that check us at didn't say over 7 words or wish us a good day or tells us good bye nothing. The one that check us in was not much better. You need a people person on the desk. We hated the pillows. Need to have coffee in lobby till at least 11:00 pm.

convenient to event we were attending. only 15 minutes from family. check in and out was smooth and easy. breakfast was absolutely amazing. the lady who cooked was sweet and friendly and worked hard. room was clean and comfortable.

I was disappointed the pool was closed but understand. would not prevent me from staying again.

Very pleasant visit. Bed was soft and I fell right asleep. The location is excellent. The parking lot was being paved, Therefore, I had to get up earlier than I normally would have in order to move my car. That was the only downside of the visit. But, then the parking lot will be better the next time.

this was my 3 or 4th times in this hotel, even if i like it for its location i have to say that the carpets of the rooms are very old and very dirty. walking in the room without shoes and ur feets will get dirty immediatly

Room was very roomy. Plenty of light

Tub was clogged so you showered in yours and others filth. It just kept getting deeper and deeper while you were showering and it was gritty on the tub bottom. Otherwise it was clean. But that part was disgusting

The bed was amazing. The breakfast was good. The location was great.

I had one of those little creepy roaches crawling on my wall when I arrived. I also couldn't tell what the temperature was set on because it didn't have a digital wall thermostat, just the old school knob on the unit. You could tell they did some repair work on the wall in the bathroom but didn't finish it.

The attendant a the front desk; her name was Samantha she was very friendly and extremely helpful. I will book the Sleep in again. The rooms were comfortable and the amenities such as the breakfast was very accommodating since we had family along for the stay. She, Samantha was extremely polite and helpful with all our questions.

That I had to leave so soon!

The property was well kept and clean. The staff were very abrupt and not friendly at all, almost like I was disturbing them. The room was very clean except for the water damage near the shower where the paint and wall were bubbling up. The room was quiet but was attached to a room where kids were and they were very loud early morning and housekeeping tried to wake me at 9. My checkout wasn’t til 11 so it startled me. The bed was very hard but I enjoyed all the extra pillows and I enjoyed going down to the pool, even though we were made to walk all the way around the building to get to it. The location was great. Many good restaurants and shops near by. Enjoyed myself short of the minor problems.

The lady on the desk was not friendly when we arrived asked her about bathroom she said go around Bldg our son almost had an accident plus she took a call instead of getting us in she took a call booking someone when we had a reservation not acceptable
