Front staff was welcoming and friendly . I loved the black out curtains . The beds were so comfortable . It was close to a good restaurant Desotas

We didn’t have and linen for pull out couch . I went to get some and only has sheets no blanket

I liked the price! For the location and quality of the place the price was phenomenal! Everyone was super friendly and accommodating! I loved access to the pool, laundry, and breakfast!

It could’ve have been more clean, and painted. There were crushed up cheese it’s under the bed in our room. As well as hair in the bathroom. There were several spots I noticed that weren’t painted just exposed wood, as well as rust in our room on the metal lamps and such. The pool hasn’t been painted in a while, but you could tell it was not professionally done in the first place.

Room was Okay. Beds were okay. The location was Great as it was close to the beach and restaurants.

The sheets and blankets on the beds were not very good. I wish they had had some sort of option available to wash off sand from the beach. Our room had a fair amount of sand in it. No lifeguard on watch at the pool.

Great location. Not too close to the hustle and bustle, we could actually get into the street without much traffic. But close enough to get to the main area, especially once you figure out the back roads. Our room had a great view! Big parking lot!

Tile floors are easy to clean but being that close to the beach, we couldn’t keep the sand out of the room. Need a rug or 2 to wipe the sand off your feet from the parking lot. I also was so excited to hear they kept the pool open past closing time if it wasn’t too much noise coming from the pool, we love a late night dip. BUT it was too much noise coming from the pool. Kids left unattended around midnight screaming all night, was a bit much. I’m all for kids staying up and having a good time on vacay, even my kids went for a late dip, but there weren’t any adult to sush them. Not the hotels fault, but something to look into.

Loved that the property was across the street from beach access so we didn’t have to walk far. I liked that the pool was on the 3rd floor instead of ground level - kinda cool to have a view. Staff was really nice and even helped when we decided to stay an extra day to keep our room so we didn’t have to move our stuff. Breakfast in the morning was simple but had some decent options.

Some of the railing by the pool was a bit wobbly and loose just outside the entrance door of the pool…need to get that looked at since it’s on the 3rd floor. The bed frame is not the best - the metal box frame kept moving when we would crawl into the bed and the box spring squeaked like crazy. (Once you were asleep it wasn’t a problem) but all the squeaks I was worried we were gonna cave in lol

This hotel is always great, my family or me alone stay here multiple times a year, and have for many years. The location is great, right across from the beach and close to everything in Gulf Shores. The place is clean and comfortable, staff is friendly, and the price is normally reasonable. Small continental type breakfast in the morn, always a good selection of coffee available day and night.

They've been doing construction in different areas for a couple of years, but it seems to mostly be complete. Breakfast used to include biscuits, but now is solely cereal/oatmeal/bars/yogurt/etc., which is still nice to have.

I enjoyed the location of the property! It was across the street from the beach and with 10 miles of eateries that my family and I enjoyed. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the cleaning staff came daily to spruce up my room, and the grab-n-go breakfast was a great accommodation for me and my family.

The facilities were old and outdated. There was only one pair of washers and dryers for residents, the ceiling leaked in my room, the floors retained moisture, the pool was dirty, overcrowded, and leaked from the balcony into the parking lot, and there were a couple of lamps that didn't work in my room.

The selling point for me were 3 beds! I had 3 teenage boys. I would recommend this facility and all facilities to place a broom and dust pan in the room to sweep up the sand. The mother in the travelers can’t stand sand on the feet getting in the beds. It would be there for use if people wanted to use it same as a coffee pot. With great tasting coffee in the lobby I am not about to use that watered down version in the room.

The laundry room! Two washers and two dryers and everybody waiting in line. I started at 9:30 washing and knew. It might take an hour and that was ok. One dryer was broke but I learned it didn’t matter. I dried my clothes two times and they were still wet and was out of quarters. The facility does not keep quarters on hand for laundry or a change machine. I have worked retail grocery and know how to hold an employee accountable for a til. Can they not hold an employee accountable for $100 rolls of quarters?? The dryers get hot but don’t dry. I heard ones before complain about it but I had already put mine in the washer. 16 hours later I had stinky mildew clothes to rewash when I got home!!

I loved the location! Best access to the beach by walking across the decently light road to get across. Besides this, the place wasn't large, making it easy to unload and load your stuff into your room, especially if you are on the first floor! Besides that- great value and would come back!

The actual hotel room was very bare bone. The bed was completely clean of bed bugs but the bed support was extremely cheap and made loud creaking noises when shifting or doing anything else in there. The shower curtain rack was also broken, causing us to keep pushing it to get properly elevated. The AC was also pretty loud and I wish there was a place inside the room for you to sit and eat at.
