No breakfast with our room.

Would not let me put on our credit card, luckily I had our debit card.

The hot tubs, the heated pools, the cleanliness and the sweet Momma B at the front desk! She gave me papers explaining everything and took the time to tell me all the good places to go and tour! We loved her! She needs a raise, The lady that checked is in wax very short with us and didn't explain anything about the hotel. We didn't know where anything was so we had to talk to Momma B that spent a long time explaining everything we wanted to know. She was AMAZING 🤩

The lady that checked us in, very short with us and never explained anything about our stay with us!Y'all need a ramp on both sides of the steps so people with strollers and beach buggies don't have to go all the way around the parking lot to the other ramp. There need to be a ramp going into the heated pool too! We need a broom in the room to sweep up the sand in the doorway.We shouldn't be charged $18 for 3 drinks of apple juice and 2 refills! That is ridiculous! $100 for breakfast for 2 adults and a 3 year old is way to high! But overall we really enjoyed it!

Nice place close to the beach. The room was clean and good size. Beds were comfortable. The kids love the pools, going from 1 foot pool to a 3 feet pool then to a 3-6 feet pool. using booking.com we had free breakfast for 2 adults. The housekeeping staff were very nice, cleaned every day. We had clean towels every day.

Our stay included free breakfast, I was not told was that I had to get a breakfast voucher. so our first breakfast was $70 for 2 adults and two kids... then happen that the free breakfast was only for 2 adults. So, I had to pay for the kids' breakfast (around $25 for both of them).

We ate in the restaurant for three mornings and the food was fabulous. It was plentiful and very tasteful.

The day we arrived, the front desk clerk was not welcoming. We all said she had no personality. She did her job but offered nothing else. We had questions and she gave mono answers. It was sad. ☹️

We liked where it was located and we loved the view. The breakfast we had at the hotel was excellent and the hotel was in walking distance of lots of restaurants.

It seemed to have a drainage problem. At least while we were there. The sink, tub drained slow. My husband had to plunge the toilet twice. When it flushes it like it shreds the paper. Tankless tanks don’t seem to do well. If you walked to the pool, you had to wade thru murky water because there was a drainage problem there too.

The view was nice. Room very clean and tidy. But we wanted the fourth floor. The rooms were the same price. They said it was higher. According to booking they were the same price. The gulf veiw

Not getting room I wanted. Lights were lamps. For a king room it's very small. Bulb burnt out on tall lamp. No desk or extra chair or sofa to sit on. Just bed.

Very comfortable bed but we did have a squeaky bathroom door. The staff was awesome and went out of their way to make a great stay for us. The breakfast was great with portions big enough to split. We will try to return.

The view from room 121 was kinda blocked by the dune for a better view of the ocean. The door going into our room needs to be adjusted because you almost had to slam to close it.

It was clean and it was by the beach. We had a balcony looking at the beach. The staff were super nice. I would definitely recommend and I would love to stay there again on my next visit to gulf shores.

The only thing I found disappointing was that the beach chairs were 45 dollars to rent a day. I think that’s a little pricy but we had our own so it’s okay.

Perfect location, beautiful facilities, exemplary staff and did I say beautiful!

Shelf above bathroom sink was not even close to being level. Anything you put on it, fell off. Everything else in the room was so well thought out and so stylish!

Great location right at the beach! Ice machine at the hotel so was easy to fill up the cooler to go to the beach.

I don’t know if the mistake was with Booking.com or with the hotel. But we booked a double king bed room, and we paid more for it. When we got there, our room was double queen bed. Heather, one of the managers was really nice and switch our room to a full view, but still queen beds. Breakfast included like booking.com said, was not included! Big down for us! Next time will call the hotel to make sure breakfast is really included or is a scam from booking.com to get customers!
