The location was awesome! Steps to the Beach. The view was better than I thought it was. you could sit and enjoy the waves, I love the fact that you could eat and look at the ocean all at the same time. The furniture was comfortable, Beds were great! And the kitchen had absolutely everything that you could think of needing. Was nice to have the laundry room where you could dry wet towels and etc and not have to hang them up. Entry was easy with the pin code door lock so no fumbling with the keys all of the time. It was an awesome place to stay perfect for our family of 4!

It was spring break, and there were two groups of college students there one above is on 6 and the other on 7. They were loud and this more reflects on the complex and not on the owners of this condo. As far as this condo goes there was really nothing negative to say about the condo it's self, It is tastefully decorated with everything you need. The HOA needs to really work on the curb appeal. And the elevator needs a little upkeep. The building is not as fresh as the condo, so the HOA needs to get with the owners of this condo for some help!

The location is fantastic. Can't say enough about the view from the balcony. Comfortably appointed. Kitchen was fully stocked. Mattresses could be upgraded, but bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone I know. Will come back again!!

Not much to say about dislike. Would have been nice to have some beach chairs and umbrellas like adjacent condos. But we brought chairs to take to the beach.

We loved the location. We were able to walk to dinner and for ice cream. Our unit was spacious and comfortable with a lovely view.

Very laid back, not crowded.

Locking and unlocking the door, instructions were not clear. Check in is too late and check out is too early. Cleaning fees and taxes were the same price as the room which I thought was too much for cleaning and taxes. Only one trash bag in the room, and the outside wasn't as clean as I thought, especially the grill area.

They gave us a wrong code to open the door, it took a while to get a new code for us to get in and it was super windy and chilly outside. Some parts of the building were run down, I haven’t seen any staff on the building.

The location is right on the beach and about half a mile to places to eat. The room was clean and the fans had all been turned on, so it was pleasantly cool. Great view of the beach from the balcony.

The property is older and needs some upkeep. The hurricane damage to the local stores makes it hard to find what is open and what is closed. The taxes and cleaning fee ($135) doubled my rate.

The decor and cleanliness of the condo was excellent!

The elevator and outdoor area of the condo complex needed to be cleaned and free of mold.

The apartment was clean, roomy, had extra blankets, vacuum, etc. They left us some yummy Christmas cupcakes, Thank You! The beach and surrounding area was perfect. We loved our stay!

I loved everything about it. From the outside the building does not look like much. But inside it is amazing.
