The furniture was very comfortable.

The lock on the door was tricky and you really had to try several times after closing to make sure it stuck. We came back one day and our door was wide open. The furnace seemed to have a hard time keeping up when turning on the heat. Somebody showed up to inspect the unit and we had no notice of this. Called Vacasa and never heard back from them.

location was ideal walking distance to most everything, clean and quiet

The elevator went out the day before we left. There was NO communication from the manager or on site staff and NO signs on the elevator at all, never saw an elevator repair company. Found out later that the elevator was less than 5 yrs. old and this happens quite frequently. We got help from another guest to carry luggage down 4 flights of stairs!

The bedroom balcony has the perfect view of the sunrise. The location was perfect for us. We booked this unit because of the location. We also liked that it was quiet, and the other guests were all respectful.

The TV remotes were very confusing. Maybe leave some directions on each TV. The rugs were a little dirty.

location was great, great view of the beach. beds were comfortable, loved the space under the condo for lounging and the swings!

furniture in living room was not very clean. needs updated or a slipcover on it. needs keurig type coffee maker, towels were too small and scratchy, needs better furniture for balcony, or maybe something for a bigger person. I did see a couple of water bugs in the condo as well so may need to spray. needed extra blankets

Location was perfect right on the beach and close to other restaurants and shopping! Will stay again

The room was right next to the garbage shoot so it was a little stinky certain times.

I loved that it was located right on the beach and not to far away from the shops and restaurants.

I think that the showers could have been warmer, they were lukewarm when I used them and couldn’t get them to go hotter. Also the silverware was just randomly placed which I thought was odd.

great location, staff defiantly checks in on you to make sure your stay is great, awesome view, clean, loved my little welcome card and chocolates! I’d come back!

the fridge handle was broken off and when we got there someone was there putting blinds up which caught me off guard. but other than that everything was great.

Ocean view. Great location. Nice place to stay. Looked recently updated most of it.

Prices were a little high for me. Not many towels to use. Have to wash almost everyday Bed needs a new mattress

The size of the room and the view was very nice. The most important thing to me was being able to walk out on the beach and the friendliness of all the other guests.

The elevator was a little sketchy and slow.

It was absolutely beautiful and easy to navigate around!

I never saw any employees on site. There was no front desk which can make thing a little confusing. I was hunting down other residents to ask questions.
