Didn’t get a chance to eat breakfast. But the location was great!! Everything was close by, didn’t have to drive a distance to find anything!! Definitely will stay again!! The area it’s in was quiet as well!

Well the only problem we had was that the toilet wasn’t flushing properly at first then after a couple of flushes it began to flush correctly!! Other than that the room was everything I expected it to be!!

the staff was great. I had an issue with my room door not closing & the maintenance guy (a friendly person) came and fixed the issue right away. the front desk from the time I was there until I checked out was friendly as well. The location is a great area, 5 minutes away from bridge street.

Big enough for two. Has all you need. Very close to nice shopping area and cinema.

The kitchen could be better equiped with appliances like meat cutting knifes, big bowls.

There was no breakfast offered but they did have a shop that had good options to choose from for snacks and meals.

We arrived at almost 9 p.m., tired and hurting. The lady at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. She offered to help me in any way she could, and told me to come to her anytime at night if I had problems with the room, or other guests. That not only surprised me, but impressed me with her professionalism. The suite and bathroom were very clean, with no bugs, no stains, and no lingering odors. The bed was probably the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept on. The kitchenette was fully stocked with all the necessary items to prepare and consume meals. There were 2 TVs, so my daughter could watch whatever she wanted, and I could watch anything I wanted without disturbing each other. And there was never a time when hot water was unavailable! The hotel is pet friendly and having my daughter's dogs was not a problem at all. Since I knew this was an extended stay hotel, I expected noises from other guests, but there were none! It was almost as if I had the entire hotel to myself. The doors had some mechanism which would not allow them to slam shut, so there was no slamming of doors all night and day. At checkout, I was thanked repeatedly by the desk clerk for choosing this hotel, and invited to come back again when in the area. I would definitely stay here again! I have already recommended this hotel to several friends who will be visiting the area in the future. It is close to the Space Center, the university, and the hospital district. So, I can certainly recommend Sonesta Suites in Huntsville to anyone wanting to visit the Huntsville area. It exceeded my expectations in every way!

There was nothing I didn't like.

everything was clean comfortable and staff was great

that I wasn't informed on the cleaning of the room and changing of towels and there was no way for my console to stream online would be nice if you made easy to connect to it

The room was spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. In addition, it was very quiet. I never heard anyone in the hallway or above us. The dark out curtains were handled well (past the window) so truly kept out the light. The staff was friendly.

There was nothing I did not like.

I love that it had a whole kitchen. The desk area was perfect for work and it was a wrap around.

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT

I have stayed at this hotel several times before. I choose it when I am working in the Huntsville because of the location, the kitchenettes, laundry facilities, and the place is pretty well maintained.

Not much to dislike. Occasionally you get a noisy neighbor...

Everything was great, other than the ant problem we encountered multiple days

The smoking are was right beside a side door so if you didn’t smoke and hated the smell, you HAD to walk in through it
