No room service everyday. Traveling with children for more than a day, in one room makes it difficult to have a good stay and keep a clean and comfy room. We had been told soon arrival we could request room service and they would do the basics such as clean the bathroom and make the beds. We had requested it on our second day and the staff wasn’t so nice but said she’d make it happen. Nobody ever came:( my only other complaint was breakfast. Paying as much as we did and for breakfast to barley have any hot food the entire stay was a downer. But the overall experience was great! That was the only two complaints our whole trip.

Great location! Erica at the front desk was awesome, very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good with a lot of options. Our room was very spacious and clean. We loved the lake and the waste bags for dogs, a very nice dog friendly location.

The pillows on the bed were very flat with no support, the bed was average. Overall it wasn’t very comfortable.

Convenient location central to a lot of the great things to do in the Huntsville area. Fitness center was very nice with a lot of free weight and cardio options. Breakfast had good choices and a lot of space. Pool was clean and fun.

Although it's connected to Home2, the key cards do not allow access to the locked doors for each. This was a little confusing at first and was a bit inconvenient at times when accessing the pool. But this is the only slightly negative thing I would have to say about the hotel.

Came to Hunstville for a night with the husband. Hotel is extremely close to shopping, Top Golf and several restaurants. Hotel is clean, check in was super quick and friendly. Room was cozy on 4th floor, quiet and the bed was wonderfully soft, I love the pillows. Breakfast was free from 6-9 and worked for us. Would recommend and would stay again.

The hotel staff was so nice and welcoming. We only stayed one night but they made it so easy to check in and out. The hotel was clean and the room was nice.

There was a large group that checked in late, 12:00 midnight, and were very loud. The kids started banging on doors as a joke. Called the front desk and they handled the issue quickly and everyone settled down for the night. That was a customer issue not a hotel issue.

The gentleman that helped with breakfast was very cordial. Breakfast was good, beds were very comfortable, location is excellent. I will be staying again.

That i was put on the 4th floor despite my request to be on the main floor.

Great atmosphere, neat and clean

After visiting European hotels it was quiet unusual to eat breakfast from paper plates with plastic fork and plastix knife. But in the end, its just a small difference.

Easy check in process. Very clean.

The door handle in room 318 came off when trying to open from the inside. Deadbolt got stuck and had to leave room open when checking out.

Hotel was very clean and modern. Comfortable bed. Breakfast fine.

Location. Booked wrong Hampton Inn in Huntsville because in accurate info on booking.com. High priced.
