Hilton Garden Inn Mobile Downtown

Best hotel in Mobile if you looking for convenience, design, comfort, quickness and great parking/safety. We were here for work. The staff was very kind, quick and welcoming. Check-in was easy and our rooms were updated, super clean and nice. The hotel Lobby is superb and stylish...also great for a meeting. They have private rooms and areas you can have phone calls or simply work. The breakfast was great, affordable and the staff was quick to get us going in the morning. The hotel has coffee in rooms and restaurant. Housekeeping was amazing and did clean every day as requested. In fact - we left our very expensive Drone there we use for work and they turned it into the Front Desk, the manager called and FedExed it to us since we were already on the plane. This hotel is 110%. Its also located on the Park so its perfect for a stroll or fresh air. Walking distance to all the bars and restaurants. Easy to access mobility wise and the mini luggage carts are new too. From someone who travels all over the world - I really wish every hotel was like this one! Its just a 10/10. Personally, I enjoyed the secured parking lot located outside the front door.

I don’t have anything to say about changes! Our stay was Fabulous, the Staff was so Friendly and made us feel like we were at home. I loved sitting on the patio and enjoying the view of the park, it was so relaxing. Also loved having the food truck in walking distance as and option to eat, the food was delicious! We met some Amazing people there for our stay and we do plan on coming back again!

We love the location. The bartender was amazing. The woman on duty that evening was engaging very friendly. Our view of the park was lovely. The room was spacious and nice.

We weren't exactly impressed with the front desk help whenever we got there. The woman made a really big deal about telling us that we'd have to pay for breakfast and parking and the guy never took his AirPods out. We thought paying for parking was lame considering the price of the room, kind of ridiculous on the part of the hotel.

Property was VERY clean. Staff is absolutely amazing. Mrs. Crenshaw helped check me in and she was absolutely amazing! We need more individuals such as herself! Top tier customer service!

The booking website said the hotel was pet friendly. Booking did not say on the website there was a $75 non refundable pet deposit. :(

It was quiet even with dogs being here. The air worked well which has been an issue at other hotels I stayed at.

Last visitor left socks and they were under a chair when I checked in. Other than that, room was clean.

Staff was excellent and so was the room. The location was exactly what I needed.

There was nothing to complain about. The hotel met all of my needs.

The entire staff is always friendly. The location is perfect.

I wish the property would have retained the name "Eugene's Monkey Bar". I understand that a contract with royalties was not renewed. However, this was such a fun concept.
