Mobile Marriott

We stayed on the 16th floor and the view and design of the building was amazing. The staff was hospitable, and attentive. While passing employees through out the building each person greeted you and asked how our stay was. Our room had hair everywhere, a couple lights were broken and needed bulbs. NO microwave in the room, you have to go to the lobby and use there’s, which was dirty. There is a tiny mini refrigerator and coffee pot. My husband is a Engineer and fixed our room A/C. Excellent workout area, no swimming pools and breakfast not included. Mobile is a mini New Orleans and super clean everywhere!!!

Maintenance needed badly. The place is a little neglected and needs some upkeep. Overall it’s in a great location and easy to navigate around.

the staff was very friendly from time I check in to the time I check, the food and drinks at the bad was good, good customer service I loved everything.

what I didn’t like was my air conditioning in my was loud when click on and off but other than that it was a perfect trip.

The concierge was AMAZING! She was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, engaging, and I will be leaving her a tip once I get her name. Unfortunately, it was a very busy time at the check in counter so I was unable to identify this exceptional young person... There was an interaction with some poor souls that could not get a room. The ladies appeared to be annoyed with the concierge that I was able to check in to my reservation while their payment had been refunded by the website because the hotel was overbooked. The ladies were so annoyed that they interrupted my check in to berate the concierge. This star employee never lost her cool. She calmly explained to the ladies that there were simply no more rooms while she quietly continued checking me in to my reservation. I waited, observing the interaction silently. I thought of trying to help by mentioning that I'd made my reservation through booking.com about 8 to 9 hours earlier. It didn't seem fair to blame the concierge since the ladies had been refunded their payment. I was relieved that everyone remained relatively courteous and an intervention was not necessary because of the concierge's level of professionalism!

I had to evacuate from Biloxi...the lady at the desk help me and was so kind to me..She help me during a major event in my life..She went beyond to help me get in a room to make sure I was comfort and felt srcure..these things are so important at the time of the uncertain..Thank you again for your kindness and help..I will be coming back ...

The room was clean and fresh, the staff was exceptional, and the mushroom artichoke soup in the restaurant was delicious! I'm thankful the restaurant was open, and the bar was staffed. It was nice not to have to go out for dinner. The fitness center was well-equipped, but I didn't get a chance to take advantage of it.

The staff was great especially the bartender at the hotel bar. My wife and I went down and ordered dinner at the bar and we also had a few drinks there. Bartender was very friendly and went beyond helping us. He deserves a raise!

I would have to say the location off the main road.

The front desk ladies where very nice and polite. The property itself does need some upgrading but I did pay a reasonable price for our stay. Our room was clean. The bathroom had extra toiletries and towels.

Widows to me where scary but it is the hotel’s architecture that makes it stand out. There wasn’t anything I didn’t really like.

The entire staff was very, very friendly and very, very helpful!! The food was exceptional!!

The Staff was so friendly and they accommodated us with whatever we needed they went overboard to make sure that we were satisfied.
