I stay at this property one weekend each month and am amazed each time. The front desk staff provide great customer service and I am always accommodated really well. I asked for a first floor room during my last stay but ended up staying in a room on the second floor because it provided more space and comfort. I sleep very well each time that I stay and always receive a clean and spacious room. I will definitely be returning for future school/business trips.

Great, being no one is serving breakfast, need a new sausage though....not good.

parking lot could use a cleaning, alot of trash......really hate to see trash in parking area.

Every piece of bed linen was stained, no pillow cases, ceiling leaking almost over bed. Something yellow like old snot was in the bottom of the sink. Bathroom floor was nasty, toilet was nasty. Stayed two whole days. Waiting on the front desk to get in the room a man tried to trick me/get my phone and run with it. I carry a pistol which he couldn’t see until I was handing him the phone. he may have been sincere but I wasn’t sure. So told him I don’t want your dollar I saw you look at my handicap tag, I’m not chasing or wrestling. I’m going to shoot you if you run with my phone. He dialed two bogus numbers and ran off. So I hope this isn’t a waste of my time telling you this. Do something about it. I stayed in 114

The hotel is old, average for cleaning..... The only place in town available, paid way too much. The pillows suck! Broken shelf in the bathroom, just laying on the floor.

The rooms were dirty, broken beds and mirrors, the bath towels were old staind and worn. The man Urick who checked us in (after being on the road for 9 hours) made us wait till he was done texting and he stopped to text several times driving check in. Plus they double charged me in the middle of a disaster.

EVERYTHING! They took advantage of the fat we were evacuating and they were rude.

They canceled my reservation an hour before I got there because they said the card I used was not valid even though it was and tried to charge me double le the price for a room that I just had booked for 356$ and they tried to charge over 600$ for the exact same room they tried to charge my card before I got there even though it said they wouldn't Nd the lady at the desk was very rude and they got a phone call when I was there from someone else that had the same thing happen to.them at the same time as me big scam!

Bathroom door hinges coming off—door would not shut. White plastic drain pipe underneath bathroom sink coated in black fuzzy mold. The tub/shower floor was very slippery and had to put washcloth down to step on—maybe the shower stall cleaner had been used but not rinsed off—very dangerous! Room carpet felt slick/dirty. Air quality very bad—mildew or something. We asked for another room on second floor hoping it would not have mold issues but none was available. We were told it was probably the smell of newly painted walls, that the room had been completely renovated including sheet rock. But air was very bad. When we left we saw roofing nails in parking lot and on sidewalk to front check in. And there was a family reporting they had gotten flat tire because of nails in parking lot. What a shame for them. You could see the orange plastic disks with nails along the sidewalk and asphalt. No way to run a hospitality business. We were going to tell the front desk person about the bathroom door hinge problem but that poor family was waiting for their tire problem to be addressed and it was obvious it would be a long wait. Much better oversight and care is needed at this place. It is not acceptable.

Nothing, it was a bad stay! I will never stay again

I didn’t like how the bathroom wasn’t clean and I didn’t know it until the next morning and I didn’t like how the sheets on the bed look as well! It was a bad stay I will never stay again!
