I liked the fact that your breakfast didn't just have pork sausage only for breakfast , I was able to get turkey sausage instead of only pork, that was a plus for me and my wife. I also left my cloths in the closet , and I called back to your hotel and I spoke with Amber and she said your hotel would mail my cloths back to my address with 50.00 I had left as a deposit. I really needed that!!! So as you can see I was pleased...:)

I enjoyed everything just as it was . I know there can always be room for improvement with anything, but because I left my cloths in the closet and your hotel is sending them to me, that out weights anything I saw that was out of order.

Loved the room and the food.

The staff at check in promised us a military discount, she even asked to see military I’d. But, when we went to checkout there was no military discount there. We asked why wasn’t it there and was told there wasn’t one because we booked through booking.com. We think she should’ve known that and not make empty promises. Also, the carpet is old and ugly and didn’t appear very clean throughout the hotel. But, We WILL still stay again. Over-all experience was very good.

The hotel employees were friendly and super helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect, near various places to shop and eat. The shower was very hot, and the room was very clean. The breakfast had a variety of choices.

The room was fine but I just have some minor issues that relate to personal preferences. I wasn't able to log into any streaming services on the TV. The bed was a little too firm for my taste but my mom loved it. The furniture in the room seemed a little bit old/outdated.

Breakfast was pretty good, location was convenient, room was reasonably clean.

Room was reasonably clean but there were bits of trash on the floor. There were plenty of pillows but they were all the same-- very soft. The shower/tub floor was slick. If there is no maid service for a 2 night stay, there should be a discount for the 2nd night.

Location was great for what we had planned

The shower did not have hot water. It was luke warm. Turning it max and letting it run still didn't change the temp. The breakfast was a disappointment. Powdered eggs should not look like soup. The sausage links looked unappealing as well. Cut back on the water in the eggs and switch to pre cooked bacon. Visually more appealing and the taste is better.

Have stayed here before. it’s a nice place to stay and always have a good stay with Hampton no matter the location.

Not really an issue, but site was understandably undergoing renovation and ingress, egress was partially obstructed, but no complaints here. we were able to come and go as we pleased.

My King Studio Suite was excellent & comfortable. The staff was amazing from the time that we arrived, until the time we departed. Everyone that we came in contact with from the Hotel Staff to the people that was staying there was just as Friendly As They Could Be & that makes a Big Difference when you are staying out of town for the weekend. We will definitely be staying here again in the near Future.

The breakfast could've been a little better, but I know dealing with Covid-19 they couldn't risk anyone getting sick.

Two towels when we checked in. Asked for more early am and didn’t get them until late pm. Me and husband both woke up with backaches from the bed, so that was a bit unusual because anytime we travel and stay at a hotel we enjoy to luxurious beds, but not this time. Overall a good stay.

The location of the hotel was in more of a central area for me to visit the city. Also the hotel was located close to stores that I enjoy shopping and restaurants that I enjoy eating.

Not as pleased as I was from my first visit. Did not like the fact that I could not pay with cash, but it was ok for me to purchase the snack items with cash. The breakfast setup was so out of character for this chain. Only one type of coffee, come on. Breakfast was a rating of 2 of 5.

The staff was so kind! Me and my friends where there to take a very important test for our careers and we called to check in early and they accommodated us. The next morning upon waking up and leaving the staff wished us Good Luck. It honestly made the stay so nice knowing that they not only payed attention but cared. We felt very safe and comfortable for our entire stay. 10/10
