Very pretty, very clean, nice staff. Breakfast was good; big selection. Big nice pool with nice seating. Room was clean and pretty. Bathroom was clean and looked nice. Close to the Battleship we were passing through to see on the way to the beach. So perfect for what we needed. Plenty of bedding for pullout sofa. Ice machine to refill our cooler. They let us check in early and pick our floor. Overall was a great stay. Will definitely stay here again!

Nothing negative about the property. Check in manager was very nice and let us pick our floor but failed to tell us there was a $75 fee added onto our total. I booked on booking.com and was charged $75 more than quoted. I asked about it the next morning and the other lady explained it to me and said I would get it back in a couple days, and I did. So beware of the fee.

The only issue we had was with the hideaway bed. There were no bed linen in the room for this accommodation. The nice lady up front was more than happy to help us with this item along with two more towels for our family of five. Breakfast was great and we walked safely to a close restaurant for dinner (there are 3 or 4 close). The pool was awesome and the work out facility was top notch. Our family loves Home 2 Suites and this Mobile location did not disappoint.

I do not believe the room was ready to accommodate our family of five. We needed bed linen for the hideaway bed and two more towels. However, the hospitality of the staff and cleanliness of all spaces more than made up for this miscommunication.

We really enjoyed the staff and customer service was A1! The breakfast was also pretty good for a hotel! The location was great as well!

We didn't like that the washer/dryer was out of service (front desk rep did let us know that they were awaiting it and apologized) and that they ran out of towels one night. I also didn't care for the cleanliness of my room but it wasn't worth mentioning.

large room, very comfortable beds. ac worked VERY well. staff was amazing and accommodating. breakfast staff was outstanding as well at the ladies at the front desk and the janitor/maintenance gentleman . they really did ALL they can to make our stay comfortable.

pool chairs need cushions, very uncomfortable. it would be nice if the waterfall worked as well for an added “wow” factors for the kids.

I love the size of the room. It was totally like being in your own home. No one was tripping over anyone or anything. plenty of space for everybody and every thing you brought

My only complaint was the hot water. there seemed to be a lack of hot water for showering and washing dishes. I can only remember one time when the water was actually hot for doing dishes but never for the shower.

We have decided that Home2 Suites are our number one go-to hotel chain. We like everything about the rooms, the layouts and the service.

What I did not like was paying $75 for my 11 pound Maltese when the website said the fee was $50. I was very concerned about the pet fee because in Houston we were expected to pay $125 so we opted to stay with my niece instead of your hotels. When I asked the front desk clerk about that he just brushed it off as not updating the website. But that isn't fair if you ask me. You should honor what is posted on the web page and also list a phone number so people can call that location directly and inquire about fees.

nice pool that had no one in it, even on a Friday evening. room was beautiful and had all the essentials for a longer stay (microwave, fridge, dishwasher). a/c has a limit on it but it stayed surprisingly cool in the room. great area and lots of parking in lot. overall quiet stay

front desk employee was incredibly rude and sassy, it was uncalled for. not many options for buying snacks/essentials at the property. Maybe something died in the trashcan but the area by the elevators smelled terrible for the duration of our stay.

Pool was a bit dirty & house keeping was rude, I spoke to two of them neither spoke back.. Ooh bed is kinda hard

Convenient situation close to Highway as well as Downtown Mobile. Great staff very friendly/customer aware. Very comfortable and well equipped (microwave, dishwasher, fridge, plenty of furnitures...)

Noisy when side room is occupied (TV screen very close to the twin room door). No housekeeping at all for 4 consecutive days could be problematic (trashcan full, no coffee refill). Maybe a light daily check ?

The property was easy to get and the breakfast was great. The front desk & breakfast staff were friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the breakfast. It was nice that we were able to get additional clean towels as the room was only cleaned if you had a 5 day or more stay.

The King rooms did not have a tub, which is what my husband wanted. I wish they would have invested in better toilet seats.
