The staff was very friendly in all areas of the hotel. The room was spacious and beds were comfortable. The shower was great. Breakfast consisted of eggs, sausage, hash browns, biscuits, gravy, grits, oatmeal, waffles, and juice, coffee and soda daily. There is also a meal served in the evening. Overall great hotel.

Our room had roaches. Yikes! At first it was only a couple of small ones then upon entering the room later I saw a VERY large one on the wall. Thankfully my husband was there...... We were checking out the next day so I didn't bother trying to change rooms. I have stayed at this hotel before and never experienced this problem so hopefully it was only in that room.

As Los Angeles residents we really loved the MCM design of the hotel as it looked a bit like our home. I loved the lobby area and the exposed brick within the rooms. the beds were Uber comfy and the pillows. the staff was some of the nicest and welcoming people ever met. The front desk staff was always responsive and super friendly. loved how they had dedicate meal and social times. Honestly the breakfast and dinner was impeccable. Although the eggs were a bit dry. circling back to the staff. my husband and I enjoyed chatting up Christina who was so kind and knowledgeable about the trajectory of Alabama. definitely some life lessons there. in all honesty we will stay there again. just very sad to hear that it will be torn down in favor of a newer establishment.

Room service is always a plus. I wish they had outside seating areas in addition to the pool. Bathroom was a bit small and the rooms were kind of small as well but not too bad. More cable stations such as HBO would have been nice but we managed.

I like the front entrance was beautiful I liked tht they served breakfast and dinner the rooms and beds was clean

The staff at the front desk choose who they wanted to talk to and enter act with one light skin girl worked at the front desk greeted some people but not all i really didn't like that at all. Her attitude was like nice and nasty at the same time which was not appropriate when checking people in but the cleaning staff was Very nice always smiling and saying good morning

Well I am a huge fan of Drury Inn and this location was no exception! The "snacks" and breakfast did not disappoint! Also our room was very clean. And they do have the best beds!

The fact I was on crutches was the only reason that this was a problem for me...the back entrance was easily accessible from the parking lot but I almost lost my crutches out from under me twice because of pool people who were dripping wet on the tile floor! Once this happened I was extremely careful but almost fell again later. I did alert the staff of my situation so hopefully that is something they can help to remedy!

The staff was very friendly. I believe that the staff are a reflection of their management style. The staff were very happy to please the boss and take excellent care of the visitors. The facility was in good repair and very clean. The beds were perfectly made. The bedding and towels were were very clean. The parking and security were good. The facility was very quiet.

Nothing to report. Every need was met and the staff were awesome.

I arrived around 5:30 and surprised that dinner was available. It saved me a trip going back out for dinner after a long day's trip. There were ample items to choose from such as salad, pulled pork, hot dogs, chicken noodle soup and tortillas with cheese and peppers. Breakfast items included waffles, cereal, pastries, grits, eggs, fried potatoes, sausage and juice. which was more than enough for any type of diet and to prepare for the day ahead.

The wait time for the elevator was a bit long and with it being small should have restricted the number of people on at one time.

We were a late check-in and front desk made it quick and easy. Saturday morning breakfast hours are short but it’s a good variety and coffee was tasty.

It is dog accommodation friendly but does not have much in outdoor spaces like a fenced area or even enough grassy areas. I walked the dog to an empty lot next door, outside of the security fences, about midnight and the next morning.

Had a great stay..Everything meant the Drury Inn standards that we expect of a Drury Inn. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was great both breakfast and dinner. It was very clean in all areas and the rooms were quiet. Never heard any noise. Drury Inn's remain our preferred chain. We eecommend it to all our friends who are traveling.

There was Not anything we disliked.

We were very surprised and loved the extra quality that we received during our stay The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We had and issues with the refrigerator in our room and withing mins of telling the front desk the maintenance guy was at our door to fix the problem. We received a new refrigerator due to the one in our room was broken. The staff was always available for anything that we were in need for and the supervisor Karen was just the best.

That we couldn't stay longer for our trip. Everything was amazing

Room was very spacious. The breakfast and dinner were great, wish it would've been longer. The pool was great. Very quiet and relaxing.

The air did not circulate around the room as well as I would like. The bathroom being so close to door. Parking at back of the hotel coming in late, having to walk down the back hallways is creepy.
