Homewood Suites by Hilton Montgomery

Breakfast was prepared perfectly. I wished they at least stayed open until 10 or even 10 30 a.m. Staff were exceptonally nice. Price for over night but I did book kinda late. With not having alot of staff I know its hard to get help. I felt like the carpets need to have a good shampooing . We Jemmott stayed in 222 and 208. Both rooms had dead bugs in the pull out sofa bed. We didn't complain but did the best we could...then sprayed w Lysol. It was our daughter's OTS graduation and didn't want to ruin her weekend. The rooms are pretty well insulated and you don't hear your neighbors.

Our stay was right in the midst of the hotel being renovated, the room we stayed in was already renovated. Nice bright and clean, breakfast was like an actual restaurant it was delicious both mornings with different Meats and more options.

The new chairs for the dining area weren't in yet it was a delay on them and the new mattresses weren't as comfortable as the old ones we stay here all the time

I really like this location because it gives this area a nice comfortable affordable high quality, safe place to relax. MY check-in was effortless: Thank you. The breakfast was good, the dining area is clean and well attended by the present staffing team I assume lead by MS Pettway. The security personnel were attentive and comfortable to talk with. House Keeping was very hospitable and kind. The grounds were nicely kept. Great place to stay.

The children need a game room or theater area-something like that.

The room was so clean and this is the first hotel that I have ever stayed in that had adequate lightening. There was a top light with a ceiling fan. This was wonderful for me since I was there doing a last review to take my nursing boards the next day. The location was perfect because it was right up the street from my appointed destination. There was a small continental breakfast that was grab and go due to COVID restrictions that are in place. Ideal since the rooms have a microwave in them to heat up your breakfast sandwiches.

No complaints, it was a perfect stay.

The staff were amazing. Their friendliness and joy made my day! Just very courteous, respectful, and kind. The breakfast was great! Good options and nice and hot.

The hotel and rooms itself were a bit outdated, but clean regardless.

All of the courteous gestures from each employee. From the Front Desk, to the Dining Young Lady and Maintenance. All accommodations were exceptional and appreciated.

Before arrival time, I spoke with an associate and she was accommodating and noted our estimated arrival time. Upon arrival the young man verified my card and ensured that everything was checked in quickly and professionally. Every request was satisfied. The breakfast was good and the server was exceptional. Check out was wonderful. We will stay at this location again.

As expected. no frills hotel 10 mins from city centre by car. Pool was closed which disappointed us with no explanation. we saw some guests returning from the nearby hotel who told us we could have used their pool but we weren’t advised. Quiet hotel. breakfast budget but satisfying

pool closed. a little scruffy in places.

My stay was excellent, the size of the room was bigger than I expected, it was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to any requests. I would recommend this accommodation.

The lady who checked us in was the sweetest! Room/Bathroom was HUGE and plentiful for our stay. Beds were comfy and location was easy to get too, right off of the interstate, very safe location. Lots of fun amenities including a BBQ area, pool, and basketball court.

We found a bunch of ants in the kitchen. And the pool had an abundance of bugs around it - All in our shoes, and all over towels. Also no breakfast was available due to Covid (including grab n go).

I did not eat the breakfast there, but the food looked great!!

Everything seem to be great but if I have to make a comment is that there could have been another door for the closet. It only had one and one side of the closet was exposed.
