Sleep Inn Pelham Oak Mountain

Breakfast was very good. The lady that takes care of the breakfast was very nice. She was on top of everything.

My charging station was missing out of my room when I returned later in the night. I told the lady at the front desk, and she looked in the back of the front desk, and did not find it. I don't think she believed me by the way she was acting. She did tell me that the manager would call me in the morning. That same night when I was checking out, I told the gentleman that was working at 11:50pm on Saturday night , what happened. He immediately went and checked the carts .He didn't find it. He then went in the back of the front desk and came back with my charging station in a plastic bag. I am so thankful to this gentleman, for taking the time to look. I wish I knew his name. I am still trying to figure out why my charging station was removed from my room.

Staff responsive to my requests especially with the room toilet. I could not flush toilet and staff responded immediately. Front desk explained it was due to low flow toilets. Night staff moved me immediately to room across hall and toilet did same thing but toilet flushed when he operated it. I went back to my original room but night staff failed to enter this info in their computer. Morning staff called me to find out which room I was actually in. I explained what had happened night before and she assured me she was correcting their computer and no additional charges would appear.

Was in town for Pitbull concert at Oak Mountain! Just perfect location. Very short walk across street. Lots of eating nearby.

Nothing about the hotel, we loved the hotel. But as for the whole trip. It was almost impossible to find dining after the concert, 11:00pm. Waffle House was a joke. Treated us like crazy, and left. Thank God for Taco Bell. Whata Burger said their system was down. Would have been great as it is right at the hotel!!

good location to where we were doing our estimate. close to places to site see. good location to businesses that we needed to get our supplies from. the room was clean, the shower was perfect. staff was friendly.

There was not a selection of breakfast that met our needs. We are lactose intolerant and all that was available was cereal. I know food costs can be high but I have stayed at other places that they had a selection of eggs and waffles available.

Clean. Beds were really comfortable. The breakfast was good my kids loved it. The pool was also a favorite for my kids, it was clean and really nice. The hotel is in a great location, close to the interstate and lots of places to eat and stores.

I loved having a shower vs. a tub. Bed was very comfortable. Great location; lots of places to eat. Staff (esp. Sully) was very friendly and helpful.

This is not fair, but the breakfast wasn't great, but I know Covid might have had something to do with that. If they had had doughnuts in addition to muffins, I would have been fine, but it was ok as a Dunkin Donuts is across the street. Also, and this is picky. The TV remote is the worst I've seen...but that's all my complaints!!

The staff was friendly especially the young lady that assisted with breakfast . Check in and out was simple. The bed was comfortable and the shower was amazing .

The walls are thin you could hear kids running up and down the hallway all times of the night. The rooms smell old and the pool is small.

Ah, it was a sort of expanded continental breakfast, coffee, cereal, boiled egg, toast, bagel, grits and oatmeal. We chose to eat breakfast at a more full service restaurant fairly close by. There was plenty of coffee.

Foolish me, I had high hopes for the pool, haven't been in one in over a year. Reality, it was small, a massive number of young kids and girls kept it full the entire time we were there....lol... No real complaint, they were well behaved and having a lot of fun.

My son and I had a very comfortable room with two full size beds. The shower in the bathroom was exceptional because of the size and it was handicap accessible. Since I am disabled that was a plus for me.

Breakfast was Ok. I would have liked some eggs and oatmeal or grits. Because of Covid, I understand why they didn't have anything other than a Continental breakfast.
