The hotel staff was polite and pleasant, our room was clean, we slept quietly, and we loved the east access to the mall.

I personally felt that the room was a bit overpriced. I felt as if we were only paying more than normal to be closer to the mall. Parking was a separate fee and I was also told that I would be charged an additional small deposit in case I ordered room service. However, before the stay I called to verify any additional fees such as parking or deposits and I was told that there would be none. Our final day there I called to order room service and I was told that I did not have a card on file even though I had previously given it to the front desk to cover the cost of the room and the room service deposit.

The location! It was a nice hotel, clean and having the mall attached was a nice additive.

Not being able to check out early without authorization from the hotel and with the desk people not having authority to give permission to Booking.com I had to pay for a night I didn’t even get to stay. Also it’s quit odd that one enters the pool from the workout room. With the door opening and closing it was a sauna in the fitness room.

Location. Cleanliness. Loved our view. Quiet. Food and shopping convenience. I would definitely return for a future stay.

Front desk staff could be a little more friendly. They were pleasant, but not customer service oriented. Few smiles at check in or out. The payment for parking was insulting as a hotel guest Parking should not be a issue. It seemed to be a popular complaint amongst every guest that I met during my stay. The hotel has sufficient parking, and shouldn't charge for parking when it's easy to park in the mall area at no charge. On top of that conveniently the price of parking chaged from what was shown in the website by the time we arrived at the hotel.

Liked the close proximity to the mall, restaurants and Hoover Met. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfy. Room service.

We ordered breakfast from the menu on our last day only to find out that the breakfast coupons were for the buffet only so we paid $65 for pancakes, eggs, bacon, a cup of fruit, 3 drinks and a bagel. Room service did call before the food was delivered but I did not think it would be $65! We could’ve went out to eat for that price and the food wasn’t all that great. Also, please put to-go plates near the buffet area for those who do not want to sit down and eat.

room was very comfortable as was the bed. The location is very centrally located.

My husband has a service dog. At check-in, the young caucasian lady said they would have to charge us $100 unless we show his papers. According to the ADA, this is against the law to ask for a service dog's papers. Additionally, in the restaurant, the female african american hostess, was adamant that our service dog could not stay without papers. She argued with me about having to have papers. In the end, my husband

I was very impressed with how big the room was and the view overlooking the mall which is in the same compound as a hotel. The hot tub was a wonderful place to watch the fireworks and enjoy a glass of wine with my significant other. The bed was very spacious and comfortable, plenty of space for all our belongings. And Merks Tavern and bar was a very delicious place to enjoy dinner and a drink.

No issues or major concerns.

The hotel itself is outdated, but the room (king room) was excellent! The ladies at the desk where very helpful and kind. Very comfortable beds. Superb wifi. Good shower. Coffee / tea facility and 2 free bottles of water when arriving.

There is NO cleaning service. We requested at every day, it was promised, but they never came. So no clean towels, no water ect. Also, the menu in the restaurant is very poor. The menu itself was poor and they did not have half of it.

The hotel is beautiful and very comfortable. The location is good, just a little weird to get around if you do not want to eat Mall Food or Dave and Busters.

The bar is very overpriced. The bartender was very friendly and the wait staff very nice however.

Our room was clean and neat. By far, the most friendly hotel staff I've ever encountered. Especially, the valet/bellhop staff.

Our shower doors were broken. Limited coffee availability on Sunday morning.

We've stayed at this hotel a few times. It's always very clean and smooth running. If you need something ask and they will make it happen. The Mall is connected so it's a great way to spend some time. The restaurant downstairs is well priced and really good food.

The bed this time was very hard. We didn't sleep the best the two days we were there.
