It was very clean, safe, well-situated in terms of location, restaurants, etc. The front desk was very helpful and courteous. Good amenities . A very good value, as everything in Juneau is expensive! We chose not to have a car, except for one day, and you can do well without a car at this location. The two-bedroom set up was perfect for three adults (a married couple and a single friend) travelling together.

Shower was very good, but was basically a wet bathroom/shower and could have been situated better. But not a big problem and could be handled alright. Kind of expensive, but so is everything in Juneau!

I will be honest and say that after reading some reviews I was a bit nervous to stay here. Our daughter booked it because it is a pet friendly hotel. Unfortunately our dog passed in December, but we chose to keep our reservation. We had a suite, and it was very spacious. Remember, it’s Alaska and everything in Alaska is old. This place was super clean, the staff was friendly and it is a few minute walk into the downtown area. Our overnight layover stay in Juneau was great! Thank you so much. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we fly to Alaska to visit our daughter.

Very well located in Juneau. Outside of the wharf area away from the bulk of the cruise guests but close to anything you want downtown. We rented a car and parking was plentiful. Laundry facilities on site a good bonus. The Sandpiper Restaurant next-door is excellent.

Hotel has some age on it but we knew that going in. A little dated but clean and comfortable.

I loved the location and that I had 3 separate beds and 2 rooms to sleep in. The room layout is a bit funky but I can see it being perfect for a family with kids.

I did not like that there was no A/C. Although I know it’s not common in Alaska to have A/C it seems increasingly necessary now. It was hard to sleep at night without waking up in sweat.

Fine accommodations. Just happens that our stay was during the hottest week in recent history so everything in Juneau was hot (even on Glacier excursion). Room was hot, but did include 2 box fans which helped tremendously. Not sure what we would have done without the fans. Thank you.

All good. Just a hot week in Juneaue. I assume usual temp doesn't justify A/C in each room but maybe add a windo unit in the 2nd room. Of 2 room suites. Air flow was not good in 2nd room...fan helped but like blowing a hair dryer, just circulating hot air.

The room was good. The hotel had a laundry for the guests. But the best thing about the hotel was the night clerk who picked me up in the shuttle at 1 A.M.. I left my phone at the ferry terminal, nearly 20 miles away, and he took me back there to pick it up. That was above and beyond. Remember, this was in the wee hours!

I have nothing bad to say about this place.

It was right in the middle of town. They supplied rides to wherever I needed to go. They were very nice 👍. The TV channels and the TV's themselves were excellent!

The sink felt like it was going to fall off the wall at any moment. The shower couldn't maintain the same temperature throughout. But these were small setbacks through a great experience.

Brought my teenage son with me on a work trip and wanted to stay extra in Juneau to make it more fun. Chose this hotel because we wanted a central location, kitchenette and good value. Location was ideal! We walked everywhere. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Room offered exactly what we wanted though it was not the nicest quality. Reminded me of a typical Motel 6.

Never got the thermostat to work but we managed by plugging in the fans.

This hotel has a great location right in downtown Junea and it's easy to walk to most stuff in town. The staff is helpful, the shuttle to the airport or Alaksa State Ferry is convenient, the interent is dependable, and the beds were confortable. I've stayed here mutil times coming through Junau and will stay here again.

The hotel is older and some of the infrastructure needs updating.

Pickup from the airport was a bonus but the driver was not waiting in the arrivals area we had to find him outside. Room OK. Easy walking distance into centre of Juneau.

TV not working, power cord had been removed. Staff had to modify a spare to fit. Needed to ask for a 2nd coffee mug. Lighting and sockets limited. Sockets controlled with wall switch hidden behind curtain, this was not explained at check in. Needs a lot of TLC
