Love the location and the rooms are large. The kitchen is really handy and we used it a lot. Fish freezer was very handy but hard to get to. Saw a bear in the parking lot and that was cool.

Had a hard time getting maid service even when we asked. The facilities are spaced out a lot so be prepared for a long walk to get to front desk. Laundry was ok, but if the one machine in each building is used the rest of the laundry is in a nearby building shared with local apartments. Loved the hotel but it is a bit unconventional.

The location was good and any food we had was good. Friendly helpful staff. Having airport transfers was a bonus.

Our rooms were rather dated and tired looking. We had great views but it was noisy due to facing the road and train line.

Excellent location for a layover stay as it is located by airport. It is also closer to the Mendenhall Glacier than staying in the town center. Rooms have kitchens, thus is good for longer stays.

Not convenient to the town center, town activities and restaurants. The restaurant on site serves Filipino food, and has an interesting menu, but also includes American food choices.

I liked having the kitchenette area and having the refrigerator. We used the refrigerator to store what we bought from Costco to take home with us, plus a few other items that my husband ate after oral surgery. We wanted to try to get in earlier due to the oral surgery procedure. We were told to come in before the appointment and that could help us to be put on a list for getting a room early and it the employee was nice and very accommodating. We were able to get our room early and we appreciated it very much.

We didn't have a coffee carafe to go with the coffee maker.

Location was great. I didn't take advantage of the breakfast I kind of forgot about it but I was good.

There were no hangers in the room and the bed might have been a little old but it was still comfortable. For having a full kitchen there could have been a few more plates and glassware also the coffee wasn't stocked but I didn't have the hotel stay. Was great.

Awesome stay- clean, affordable, and great location! Kitchens were an added bonus, too. Only negative was it can be noisy if your room faces the front parking lot and street. Folks checking out and catching the early am flights weren't considerate while leaving/waiting for ride to airport. Besides that, I'd definitely stay again!

Great location, close to airport, full kitchen. Bus stop was very close, wish we had researched it earlier, would have saved us walking further. Restaurant was a short walk away- Donna's, maybe 5 minutes.

Pillow was too soft for me, had to keep scrunching it. Mattress was ok, not the best. We stayed in a different room later in our stay and the bed was much more comfortable. Someone who likes a feather pillow would appreciate it more than me.

The room was very spacious with full kitchen. Bus stop to downtown Juneau was a very short walk away. Shuttle to/from airport and ferry terminal arrived for pick up quickly. Front desk staff was helpful. Great stay.

In addition to being very handy for every place I wanted to visit in Juneau, this understated hotel also had a good pizza joint next door, plenty of parking, and truly huge roooooms. I had a suite, for the price (my POV) of a normal double-bed room. And it was maybe twice the size of an Extended Stay setup.

I can't think of a thing I'd improve. There's just nothing more. You ask for more, but it was superb. Stop being so insecure.

The rooms are Frontier Suites are large with a separate kitchen area. This is ideal when my spouse wakes up to make coffee and an early breakfast. We enjoy a separate kitchen area from the beds. Also the location is within walking distance of some grocery stores and restaurants.
