everything the customer service especially , everyone was so nice and told me happy birthday i felt special, like i was getting the royal treatment the food was amazing the room was huge and i felt like i was really at home i will definitely come back , also i got a free $10 guest pass for the store and the laundry room was so clean and convenient. anyone who needs a please that feels like home stay here they accommodate you to the fullest !

Clean! Spacious room with lots of supplies available. The patio out to the pool was a bonus and spent a lot of time out there with the heat. The fitness center was awesome! I am a trainer, so the availability was super! The pantry items were well stocked! The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the TVs with plenty of options for staying out of the heat! Will definitely be back!

Not a big deal, but no ice machine in fridge - front desk told me it was. We must have had a new fridge not the same as other rooms. The pool was cloudy, didn't seem as clean the rest of the hotel was. AND, maybe a wine option in the pantry :)

Room was very clean, and we'll stocked with towels and toiletries. Because we were traveling with a pet and had a multi-night stay, I didn't want housekeeping to come into the room, but they always made sure to take the trash we left outside of our room, and were able to accommodate with extras that we needed. Breakfast was very nice with a rotating menu. Pool was lovely and well kept. Grounds were clean, and the free laundry was just what we needed.

Very clean and comfortable, staff was friendly and although my room was not ready in time for check in they took care of me. Jason at the front desk was AMAZING! He went above and beyond what is expected for any hospitality worker. He really made us feel like valued guests and not just another number. Will definitely stay here again if ever back in town!

Nothing, everything was great!

Breakfast was great and the facilities were perfect for traveling with family. The front desk people and customer service were exceptional.

This is not the hotel’s fault but there were two drunk men in the grass by the parking lot drinking out of paper bags and being loud and obnoxious as I checked in alone with my two small children. I didn’t like that.

Beautiful hotel. We hired a wonderful family room, with all the comforts including kitchen, breakfast bar and living area. Very good breakfast. They also have coffee available in the lobby all day. Super helpful staff: We forgot our money in the room and contacted them by phone when we found out. They checked the room and held the money until we came back to get it.

Breakfast was great, a lot of good variety. Room with covered balcony was awesome! Staff was very nice & helpful. Great shuttle service took us to local shopping, entertainment & restaurants.

The hot tub didn't have water in it & was roped off. :( I LOVE to enjoy a good hot tub, so that was a bummer, but we really enjoyed the pool! Would be nice to have the pool open till 11 pm.

The room was amazing. We arrived Wednesday night and the had a social hour that was second to none. Staff and Shuttle driver were excellent. Recommend to anyone wanting comfort and excellent service. Won't stay anywhere else. Thanks to all of you. Deanna Reese

The pool is amazing. The breakfast and soup and sandwiches nice touch at social gathering. Best stay ever.

It is hard to rate this because of the covid restrictions. I was glad there was a hot breakfast but would have appreciated a little more variety. The servers were very nice and helpful. The location had nothing to do with my visit but it was a very active area. There was convenient access to shopping for food etc. It was nicely landscaped which was nicely maintained. The concierge responded quickly when I needed supplies and when my TV feed wasn't right. It was convenient to have easy access to laundry and workout facilities.

Beds were sort of squished into bedroom. Couldn't close bathroom door without lifting toilet seat. Shower curtain was shabby (I reported this and said it could be fixed after I left.) There was no oven in the kitchen and a limited amount of dishes. I had to run the dishwasher constantly even thought it had very few dishes.

Breakfast and dinner where very good and staff was always on top of anything you asked, and did what they could. Cleaning staff was excellent!!!
