Fairly new, on route 66 close to mums in highway. A large king bedded room with fridge and microwave. Lamps able to charge phones and loads of sockets. Able to hang clothes in closet. Excellent Italian restaurant within 1/4 mile. Excellent sausage at breakfast. Plenty of parking and panoramic views

No secure internet. Beds firmer than we like so not a great sleep The number of cockroaches in the downstairs halls after breakfast

The room was very spacious and the furnishings were nice. The bed was comfortable. The hotel was located at the end of Holbrook, so there were huge areas to walk your pet. The breakfast was good.

Because the room was large, it took both bedside lamps, a floor lamp, and the desk lamp to provide sufficient light once it became dark outside. The coffee could've been of a bolder. Since I've been on a road trip for over 2 months, I've had the opportunity to stay at a lot of hotels and interacted with a lot of staff. The staff here were competent but not very friendly.

We had a king room with a sofa bed for our kids. Loved that the room had laminate wood floors instead of carpet. This is a pet-friendly hotel, and my son and I are allergic to pet dander. We had no reaction at all while staying here, and I am sure it's thanks to having no carpet in the rooms. The window unit in our room worked perfectly with no issues and no extra noises. The bed has a very plush mattress cover on top of the firm mattress, so it feels very soft and oh so comfortable, but you don't sink down to the point of causing a sore back in the morning! There were real eggs served at breakfast (not those powdered eggs most hotels use) in addition to all the usual hotel staples like a waffle maker, oatmeal, and muffins. There is no microwave in the breakfast area, but there is a microwave in the rooms. They also have a separate large parking area if you are hauling a trailer or RV, which we utilized.

In general this hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms were quiet, check-in was fast, the workers were friendly, all the environment is modern and up to date, and the location is very convenient to the highways and the town. Breakfast was good, basically cereal, waffles, eggs, potatoes, sausage were all available. The coffee and juice selection was good. The people preparing the food did a great job. The hours were good and consistent.

Everything was very good to start your morning…all the basics and done very well. The gentleman who had the unfortunate task of dealing with the power outage and having to work old school with paper and pen trying and succeeding to check everyone in with no power. This guy did a fabulous job…he was very professional and cool as they come. He is truly an asset to your company…He should be up for promotion!! Sorry didn’t get his name, but y’all should have this information from the dates we stayed…words cannot describe how professional he handled himself!!

Well…the power was out when we arrived and nobody could check-in. Nobody’s fault…Mother Nature was releasing her power with a Monsoon which is why we had to cut our travel short for the day and seek shelter. The entire town was without power…nothing against the hotel, just delayed getting to our room significantly.

This a a really nice new-ish big box hotel. Pet friendly at no extra charge, good fitness room with quality machines in good working order, nice indoor pool, pretty good breakfast options included in price, nice lobby area, friendly pleasant staff. A well run and high functioning facility in my opinion.

The price was higher than I might have expected for the location, but I’m guessing this might be the nicest lodging in town, and everything else was so positive it didn’t matter to me. Sometimes I prefer to pay a little more and be highly satisfied.

Everything was easy about this place. It’s a convenient stop on a road trip. Lots of families and pet owners. The check in was so simple and fast, the staff was delightful and polite. The room was very clean, and the fact that there are hard floors, and it’s pet friendly made sense for ensuring cleanliness. There were a good amount of dogs with their owners, and yet no smell, and just all around pleasant. The breakfast was yummy and just what you need to fill up before you get back on the road. I would absolutely stop here again.

I was placed in a first floor room with my dogs and loved that it was a vinyl tile floor. It was a large room with high ceilings and felt very comfortable after a 10-hour drive. It's well located near food and gas (we got take out at Bienvenidos Restaurant—food and staff there is also very good).

There is a nice pet area with fake grass (the rest of the landscape is rocks) but it is small and in a dark back corner.

Overall, it was okay - clean and fairly comfortable place and nice staff.

The breakfast is served on plastic - which totally makes your experience feel like you are eating at a gas station and not a hotel. The breakfast offer was eggs, home fries, potatoes, waffles. I didn’t see any fruit but maybe missed it. Again, it would be nice to drink coffee from a real mug not styrofoam.

The location was fine, and actually near a good restaurant that the staff and TripAdvisor recommended. The hotel is fairly new and possesses a modernity that many chain hotels do not. The breakfast was decently comprehensive and the eating area was clean, bright and spacious.

I did not like the bed which I think is memory foam, but my wife loved it, so make what you will out of that! The fridge made a lot of strange noise, so we unplugged it.
