This was around 7 days into a road trip and was the first hotel that provided much needed laundry services. It also had an outside swimming pool. Breakfast was included and the rooms clean, comfortable and provided tea/coffee, refrigerator, towels and toiletries. However, the most important part of hospitality is first impressions. The front desk needs to provide that first impression. The receptionist was friendly, warm and welcoming. I had an issue with the door card and a couple of other issues, all dealt with quickly, politely and professionally. Most impressive.

The staff were helpful, I needed a toilet plunger and they brought it half way to the room so I didn't have to walk the long way to the office.

Owners of the Hotel were sitting outside of the main entrance when we arrived, they did not welcome us to there days inn hotel, they were busy drinking alcoholic beverages and we went inside to front desk and checked in with the night clerk, not a family member.

The location is great. It has a nice pool area. The bed was very comfortable

The floors in the room seemed like they’ve never been mopped. EVER. I couldn’t walk around barefoot or my feet would have been filthy dirty. The cleaning staff needs to add mopping of the floors to their daily routine. We rented two rooms and the floors were both filthy. Other than that the room was very nice.

Hotel is centrally located. Our stay was amazing. The staff was awesome. We loved the pool, decent breakfast. They’re pet friendly, which is great and the pet fee isn’t bad in price. We will definitely come back. Thank you for making our stay and my birthday vacation relaxing.

Location and accommodations

Shower pressure and hot water was more warm than hot. The bedroom floors weren't clean. When I wiped up the spilt water the towel was black. Floors need more attention and the laminate is starting to lift and bathroom door gets stuck/uneven floor trying to close and open

I have stayed at this property several times over the years, I have always enjoyed the Days Inn in Havasu. The staff has always been great. Sadie is terrific, a hard worker and took great care of us. The rooms have been refurbished, new furniture, paint and fixtures...all is very good. I will definitely stay at the Days Inn in Havasu again.

Some new patio style furniture outside the rooms would be nice. The chairs are getting weak. It isn't critical, and certainly isn't necessary but new stuff would be nice.

The beds were very comfortable, less then half a mile from family.

one of the bedspreads had a large crusty spot in the middle (staff quickly came an replaced it). Guy in the room next to us was under the influence, VERY loud, kept his door opened, but did quiet down when we were ready to sleep (right before I was ready to call).

Price was right. I liked the large counter and sink outside of bathroom. Connecting room door let in noisy neighbors that we could hear all day and night.

The location and very nice staff. Rooms are clean.

We booked our room a year in advance. I requested a first level room because I have severe COPD and it is very hard to climb stairs. I was told they do not look at notes until you arrive. very disappointing.

The price was VERY good for the location. It was close to everything: dining, shopping, the London Bridge, Lake Havasu, etc. Great place to stay for a day or two layover between cities.

Don't really have any complaints.
