The breakfast actually had bacon and eggs! You usually don't get that with a continental breakfast and most other places it was nice to see. The staff was extra nice Checking and that check out and every time in between. Thanks

The stay at the hotel was great. The people were great. The location was exactly where we needed to be. I even got to do some long needed fishing and a nearby city park. The price on the most basic room Without a kitchenette Could've been Little cheaper Other than that it was great

Good breakfast with plenty of options, and even had chai as a tea option. Location was excellent, Just off the main freeway and close to shops and dining.

The carpets on the second floor were terribly worn and loose , and the wallpaper is peeling stopping the elevator call button. There was no hand soap in the room. When I arrived the deadbolt for the room was not working, but after alerting the front desk staff it was repaired. And, completely out of the staffs control, the lodgers above were running and thumping and making a massive amount of noise.

The front desk and housekeeping staff were kind, helpful, and welcoming. The property was clean and modern and the air conditioning in the room was wonderful in record breaking heat. I appreciated the free breakfast and availability of snacks and drinks for purchase and the mini fridge and microwave and check out was noon which was wonderful. I didn't use the pool or mini golf so cannot speak to those extras. I would gladly stay here again and at less than 100$/night, it is a value to me and an excellent price for how clean, modern, and comfortable the property is.

The breakfast was wonderful and had a lot of variety for different diets/food preferences. The staff was helpful and very friendly. Overall the hotel is peaceful and clean. My kids loved it and want to go back again soon!

The only complaint is cockroaches in the pool area at night. I will say I didn't see bugs anywhere else in the hotel, and only a few randomly outside. It is early summer so bugs are starting to come out again. We did switch to daytime swimming instead and my kids were happy!

Stayed for several days, staff was friendly, room was clean, bed was comfortable and breakfast (eggs, potatoes, meat, yogurt, fruit, etc) was good every day. You do hear some airplane noise, but not enough to prevent sleep or wake you up.

The pillows are awful - small and pretty much flat once you put any pressure on them. Had to ball up to get any kind of support. They were smaller than a standard size pillow and laughably small when you put them on a king sized bed. I definitely expected better from a Hyatt.

We loved our stay at the Hyatt Place in Mesa & would definitely come back. Room was spacious & comfortably accommodated our family of 4 with the sleeper sofa for the kids. We were even able to host our parents for a movie night with the sectional. Great breakfast & convenient location near other restaurants & shopping. This was a perfect central stay for visiting our family & accessing the airport. No complaints, very happy customers.

Our view wasn't great, but it also wasn't what we came for, so not a problem.

Rooms are very spacious, beds comfortable and pillows very nice. The pool area is pleasant as there are plants growing around the obligatory fencing so it looks nice. There are also lounging beds and a good supply of towels. Gym is also nice but basic, weights and a couple of cardio machines.

Breakfast was very disappointing as everything pure sugar! They offer 3 cereals and they are all highly sugared which is strange for a hotel mainly accommodation adults. The hot water for tea was constantly tepid. Yoghurt is offered in a bowl and that is also highly sugared, one flavour, vanilla. Eggs were on offer, but obviously powdered. I have stayed in a lot of budget type hotels on my trip and this hotel truly offered nothing healthy but some cut fresh fruit and a boiled egg. The brown bread was also like eating sugar.

Overall great facility. When traveling I’ve started only booking Hyatts. This facility met all the expectations I had. Latest checkout I’ve experience with a hotel so that was convenient. Left before breakfast started unfortunately. The room was quiet, little to no noise from other rooms. Couldn’t really hear any traffic or freeways. Outdoor pool was nice, big, and clean. Hot tub was decent size as well. Decent little gym room was convenient. Had decent selection of snacks and drinks in lobby. Plenty of parking. Lots of places to go shopping and eating really close to the hotel. To some this may not matter, to others it may be a big factor, I felt it was in a safe area.

Only complaint I have was the wifi set up. I could have a misunderstanding and didn’t read something correctly, or even overlooked it. When I tried signing into the wifi, it appeared it wasn’t free. Not a huge deal, and could have been a mistake on my part.

Breakfast was great--plenty of food even on a busy morning, and all pretty fresh. The bathroom was clean and spacious, and the shower was nice and hot. Plenty of space in the room for the whole family.

There is enough parking, but if you arrive later you may have to park on the side of the building or at the back. There are entrances there (accessible with room key), so it's not terrible.

Breakfast good. Location excellent, especially easy connection on 202 to Sky Harbor (PHX). Rooms are spacious. The eating area and the availability of snacks and beverages at all hours is great.

The fixtures (especially woodwork) in the rooms are beginning to show some wear. Would like a suitcase rack or two in the room (store in closet).
