This hotel has a great location and parking. The staff tried to make the best with what they had to work with-probably short staffed like everyone these days. It is important to have a bar/drinks/food available when people are away from home and have little access to these things, so, I know they did try, but it was very confusing and inconsistent as to when or what would be available for food/drinks...

The pool is not well located and feels like an afterthought-we were really looking forward to it espececially considering this is Arizona and the high rate uptick due to Spring Training. Also, it was hard to know when the bar or even just drinks and pre-prepared snacks might be available-I know this has been hard for many hotels, but, the one next door managed to pull it off and we spent much time over there

location. close to the freeway, but a lot of heavy traffic flow and detours due to events we did not foresee.

they do not offer complimentary breakfast. usually when I stay at courtyard by Marriott it’s always offered. but my first time staying at this property/location and I didn’t know, they did not provide this service. but other than that it was good and my father who uses a walker was able to maneuver around in the room/bathroom.

Very nice hotel ...but for the price they should provide breakfast. Located near Cubs training facility and Riverview Park. Nice for walking and has a splash pad for the young ones.

No real complaints other than the high price and lack of breakfast... and we knew that when we booked, so nothing was forced upon us. There is some food provided at the customer's cost, but it is quite pricey in our opinion.

Lovely area with lots of open spaces (Chicago Cubs Spring Training Complex) in this off season time. Grassy areas were well maintained and not overly used. Traffic light.

Just an overnight for us, so perfect stay. Elevators always at our service. Breakfast not complimentary but delicious Starbuck's style.

The staff was very friendly. Bella greeted us when we arrived and left. She was very personable. The room was very nice and very clean. The facility itself was welcoming. I felt very comfortable. I would definitely use this facility again!

Covered parking would be a nice addition.

Location was great right next to a park with a lake which provided a nice walk in the evening. I thought the gym was outfitted really well for a hotel. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom nicely appointed.

There was supposed to be a free breakfast in the morning which there was not and I had to ask for the cream to be put out for the coffee, as there was nothing provided on the counter. The restaurants next door were closed and not open to the public so I just went a little further away to get dinner which wasn't a huge deal.

super clean and sleek, had everything we could need for a one night stay. loved the simplicity of our room gave plenty of space for my children to roam about.

the free breakfast that was advertise was not free and a bit confusing. Overall, a wonderful comfortable stress-free stay.

We chose Courtyard because of location. All the amenities were great. Very comfy bed and couch was great. We used the refrigerator and was so nice to have. Overall a good stay

Unfortunately the carpeting was dirty. We had dirty feet from walking around barefoot.

Comfy, updated room, stylish, plenty of space. Great location and awesome later check out time. Came in late and grateful for a nice room.

Doors on exterior had issues. One was broken, and one didn't close well. Back parking lot was a little messy.

The hotel did not have breakfast as it stated when I was booking room. We had a wrestling tournament and my son needed to be up early. I thought this hotel would’ve been perfect because it offered breakfast. Unfortunately, the chef called out that morning and there was no breakfast available.
