The room was very nice

I checked out with an employee named John. When I checked my account later in the day, there were two transactions for $174.00pending with my bank account. I called and spoke to two different employees, Nancy and Mary. I was told the error would be fixed, it was not. This overdrafted my account by $ 50.00. I asked to speak to the manger, I was told her name was Stacey, I left two voice mails on the office phone and two on her personal cell. I never got any call backs, no apologies. Nothing to try to make me happy about my stay. We stayed at this hotel, because it seemed reputable. We will not make that mistake again, I felt very disrespected, noone cared to rectify the situation.

Nice hotel and spacious room.

1 - The pool was dirty and not clean. 2 - I expect from a 4 star hotel to receive minimal service when I call the reception and I have to come to the lobby and look for someone to receive a 2 empty plates. I called the reception and was told that I should go to the lobby and ask the bar for 2 empty plates. I got to the bar and was told they didn't have plates to give out, but I saw people eating at the bar with plates.

The property was clean and modern. The furniture was current. my room was clean and in good repair. We got a king size bed and it was like “sleeping on clouds”, according to my husband. I really liked the pillows. it was also very quiet. I did not hear other guests, unless I was out and about.

The restaurant sucked. it was overpriced and the food was underwhelming. The service was so/so. The hotel staff was great, though. They were welcoming and polite.

The front desk associate was very friendly and informative. The facility was very nice and easy to navigate. The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable, however the lighting and power source was a bit confusing in the room. Overall it was still pleasant.

The amount of towels provided was very minimal and I had to request towels through the app. However they were never received so I actually had to go down to the front desk and ask the attendant for some.

Our room was hot and we could not cool it. Called and staff said they would check on it or change our room. Waited 20 minutes with no response. Had to leave so called again and Joni was ON IT! She came up in 2 minutes, saw the situation, gave us another room on same floor, brought a cart and helped us move. We made our event in time. She was awesome. 1st staff was never heard from again! Joni is a jem.

Room air conditioner didn't work.

the property is beautiful! the rooms are wonderful and spacious, super super comfortable beds, very quiet! beautiful pools and it’s right next to an amazing park with a lake. really superb! Tracy at the front desk was lovely and a young man there in the morning was so friendly and helpful- even got me a cup of coffee while I had my dog. so wonderful!

the front end manager Anna was absolutely horrible. we had some questions about rates and she was so rude I had to remind her that she didn’t need to speak to us that way- it was unreal. i have not had an experience that bad with customer service any time recently! so bad.

Super clean and super fancy. Everything was clean and they had heated pools and jacuzzi. I personally thought the bed and pillows were very soft and comfortable. The shower was great and this is something new I typically don’t do, but I used their lotion they had in the bathroom and it not only was light but had a great fragrance. I would stay again 10/10

Everything was great.

Loved the place, stayed here a few times before, to attend a concert at Talking Stick, and this one at Casino Arizona. It's a good location, and the water park alongside and the area itself, are soothing and pretty.

Downside? Slight but still. 1, I had to book on 3rd party site to get a better rate. This shouldn't be the case. 2, at checkin I was told to come down to breakfast between 6-930,something like that, and I was charged for breakfast, and this wasn't mentioned at checkin. Please be explicit. It wasn't that great either, price vs service, vs the area itself. I still rated you well but these two things are unexpected. A lot of the parking spaces alo guide the front property were marked off as closed.

Great location, shopping, entertainment and restaurants just across the street and two miles west. Downtown Mesa and Scottsdale just minutes away. Freeway access just north of the hotel. Public park within 200ft from the hotel.

There’s nothing to dislike
