The room was very comfortable, clean, gym was great. Good location.

the breakfast was often out of food and the staff didn’t seem very obliged to help during breakfast.

We stayed in room 201, and the fan in the restroom is out. Does not work. We only had 1 wash cloth, and it was dirty. We found trash in the kitchen drawer. Fingerprints on the window. @the price I paid, I expect a clean room with everything well stocked and no trash. O and we didn't have a laundry bag to put our damp swimming suits in. We requested a small laundry bag, and we were given 2xl trash bags. The beds are too firm.

brand new hotel, everything is nice and clean. Rooms are very spacious with separate kitchenette, living space and very comfortable bed. small bathroom, but very functional. Hotel offers very decent breakfast considering the price - well done.

rooms very very warm - with temp outside below zero Celsius we had to turn on the air conditioning. The air was extremely dry inside. One of the ladies in the reception seemed to be preoccupied with something (twice) because she didn’t respond to my question - I had two separate reservations for following days.

The front desk guy was rude. Upon check in he wouldn't tell us anything to accommodate us. I asked him questions and replied in a rude way. He sounded like he didn't want to help. I made joke to him laugh and he just gave me a mean look.

* Location was great. Easy in/out access to get to near by destinations as well as tons of fast food places and Walmart within a 2 min drive. * Breakfast was amazing! * Liked the washer/dryer area - sank the boat in Lake Powell so what clothing was salvaged, we could wash/dry for the remainder of our stay. * Loved the large rooms, lots of counter space, couches and the full kitchen with appliances!

* Pool and hot tub were very small. * Pool and hot tub water was freezing! Even in upper 90* weather, it was too cold to swim in (and enjoy it). * Non-locking bathroom doors in the rooms - doors slide open/closed with no way to lock them while occupied. * Front desk confusion when we checked in - had to call a manager in to help settle the dispute... I booked online through booking.com and paid for 2 rooms for 2 nights. When we got there, they tried to recharge me for both rooms even though I had the confirmation info printed out from booking.com as well as the email from the hotel confirming payment and reservations. Maybe just lack of training for staff? 20min later the manager came and pulled our room right up and got us our room keys.

Rooms were large and clean. Breakfast was very good. Nice fitness room Washer and dryers available (although half were 'out of order')

Had to ask 3 times to get a basket for the coffee maker in the room, as it was missing. Finally, I took the coffee maker to the front desk myself. Had to ask twice for fresh towels.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful! Hotel was clean and fresh. Room was comfortable and clean. Location was perfect for my itinerary.

The bath towels were child-sized and more of a Motel 6 quality. If I could give one suggestion to this otherwise great hotel is to update your bath linens.

the staffs not really friendly.. especially the cleaners. they seems like moody and grumpy when you are trying to ask them some stuff.. sometimes when we sit around the hall.. they seems like unhappy too. not sure is it because they were cleaning at that timing and we just sit there "doing ntg?" lol

A nice and clean hotel 5-minute drive to Horseshoe Bend. A coffee machine, a microwave, a big refrigerator, and even a dishwasher in the room. Free parking on site.

The prices during the summer season are pretty high. The bathroom door handle was broken. Restricted view. No alternative milk for breakfast.

Very nice new hotel in Page, nice views into the desert. Well equipped rooms with comfortable beds and fast WiFi.

The breakfast could use more gluten-free options. The windows in the rooms cannot be opened and it feels strange not to be able to change the air in the room, since there is no visible air flow with fresh air.
