The views, the location, the outdoor hot tub, the pool and the pool and hot tub location on the property. The restaurants were fabulous and the service was spectacular. Rooms were very clean. patio area off of 1st floor rooms was very attractive with a good view. Loved it here but have some health improvement remarks below on next question

Need microwave in each room. Pool needs to be heated. Half of the jets in the Hot Tub did not work. The towels ran out at the pool. Heaters need to be installed around pool for lounging about, Pool bar needs to stay open later with more adult beverage options. Beach needs to be upkept more. Needs more sand. Need to have beach chairs and umbrellas available. Need to cash in on that beach. It is such an attraction. A Resort in the desert with a pool and hot tub next to the beach in the desert. An Oasis. See my point. That is a Big selling point of this resort---so get that beach looking better. Update rooms. Loved the decor and copper sinks but need polished more. Vanity wood needs to be re-stained. Recusants were a little expensive.

Reading the reviews from other travelers who write the location is nice but the resort needs updating, made me fear the worst. But honestly the resort exceeded my expectations in so many ways: the breathtaking view is hard to capture on a picture, you can stare at it all day. It is the only hotel/resort that’s so close to Lake Powell. The room had many amenities such as a coffee maker with Starbucks coffee. The room was spacious and clean, though I definitely recommend booking a room with view of Lake Powell. Definitely worth the upgrade. The resort had many dining options, even a Starbucks counter. They have a HUGE store with about anything you may need. The offer Lake Powell boat tours, which we went on.

I booked a room with lake view and it was absolutely amazing. The whole territory of the resort is located in the national park. I would love to stay there longer and come back in the near future. Open air pool with lake view and water sports center in the resort add great value to the place and help create the best experience. I would recommend it to everyone!

The stuff didn't let us know about upcoming change of the restaurant hours which was a little disappointing to skip wonderful restaurant experience.

We enjoyed how clean the lobby areas where, the starbucks addition to the lobby because I am a big coffee drinker, the rooms were spacious enough for what we needed for the weekend as it was just a place to sleep and relax, and the bathrooms stayed clean. We were always able to get fresh towels and wash cloths when asked and never saw any space dirty in all honesty. The gift shop was great! It had personalized items for the trip to remember how it went and I got myself a hand painted Arizona ornament which was great since my husband is originally from Arizona. All in all, it was a great stay.

The only thing I did not like was that the bathroom and some parts of the hotel felt small due to the lighting in the space, but I know that just comes with it being an older hotel and just renovating some things to work with what is already there. I was not sure if the hotel pool was open or not since it seemed to be worked on the whole time we were there. We were not there for the pool, but it sure would have been relaxing to enjoy it after a long day of hiking that we were there to actually do!

How close it was to the lake and the lake views from our room with a balcony to sit outside and have coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening

The room key kept losing access and a couple of times a day we had to go back to the lobby to get re-keyed. They were aware that 2 buildings #7 & #8 were having issues and they are working on getting it resolved.

The view was amazing and close proximity to Horseshoe Bend and Antelope Canyon. I also liked the coffee shop in the lobby - the service was great.

The food at the restaurants could be improved. Plus, my friend and I called ahead and asked if we needed to make a reservation at the restaurant, we were told no. On arrival at the hotel, we asked again and were told the restaurant was fully booked and we needed to make a reservation. Therefore, we missed out on dinner with a view, which was part of the reason I booked the hotel.

This was our 5th year in a row staying at the resort, we enjoy it very much, love the views of the lake and walking along the path to the marina at night and that it's close to the marina where we rent a boat or jet skies

not much except every year we always have issues with our door card, and have to get it reprogrammed, not sure why this always happens to us

The most pleasant experience! We could use all day to boast about our experiences but unfortunately we don't have time for that. We enjoyed amazing food, faultless facilities and views to remember

Only downside is that we didn't stay for longer

The resort is beautiful and well maintained with a spectacular view and excellent amenities, including a large pool and spa overlooking the lake. The boat tour left right from the hotel and was also excellent, but a bit long at 3.5 hours.

Registration staff was excellent, but food service was understaffed. The pool bar opened only one of the two days we were there because of staff issues. The casual dining restaurant had very long wait times with slow service and seemed to be struggling to keep up with food orders. There is no other place to eat without driving into nearby Page, and the rooms have mini fridges but no microwave. The hotel lobby had a microwave.

We needed three rooms and were able to get them all next to each other, granted we did overlook the parking lot but we were close to the larger pool. I was concerned about being close to the main door but we couldn't really hear anything.

The poolside bar/snack shop was not open. Wish we would have known so we could have stopped before coming into the area. The rest of the options are pretty formal so we ended up leaving the resort to go to the Brewery for dinner and drinks. The trash can in the room had not been completely emptied. There was a used covid test in the trash.
