I loved EVERYTHING about this property. The staff was very friendly and welcoming for starters. The suite was absolutely spacious and was equipped with everything you’ll need! You have the luxury of having a washer/dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and oven. You have plenty of dishes, cutlery, a toaster, coffee machine, blender, measuring cups, mixing bowls, you name it! They even provided laundry detergent, dish soap, paper towels, trash bags and such. I didn’t call housekeeping once because it just wasn’t necessary when you have everything you need. Now to talk about the exterior. This is an absolutely well kept property! Aesthetics are very important to me and I can’t explain how pleased I was. The pool area is absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed the pool both day and at night. The ambiance is stunning at night especially. This will be our go to resort each time we visit for Mariners Spring Training! I wish I’d known about this years prior to this visit. I would like to add the fact that my vacation could have been a disaster had I listened to some of the reviews. My husband and I were extremely worried about staff constantly trying to pressure us about timeshare, as that’s what we read in several reviews. We were out and about every single day and not one person bothered us about timeshare. Vacation is important for my family so we do invest time in reading reviews. Honesty is really appreciated because people like us depend on and trust them.

I found nothing to dislike about this property.

The bed was very comfortable! The pool areas were beautiful! The room was a house and I didn't want to leave. The spa was beautiful! I received the most amazing massage from Tiffany. She gave me the best massage of my life. She also gave me health information on future massages when I got home. My overall health was her priority for the hour I spent with her. She was very professional and caring! So impressed with Cibola!! I will be returning as a regular guest since my cousin now lives in Peoria.

I did not like booking through booking.com. They actually cancelled my reservation after I changed the date of arrival. Your employee was able to fix that mistake and I feel got the best room in the whole place. She was very discreet and did not tell me anything was wrong until after she fixed the problem. Very professional.

space was good for 1 person. kitchen facility was nice. Living rm furniture was nice. Lighting in bedroom was great.

For some reason sheet on bed felt a little gritty. TV remotes did not work. Maintenance brought me remotes that came with the new TVs and they worked. I think lighting over kitchen table could be brighter. lighting over bath tub could be brighter. Fan and lighting over bed kept coming on by itself.

A beautiful, peaceful desert environment; a casual environment with great rooms; and friendly, helpful staff. We go every year and this is our favorite vacation spot.

There is very little food on location, and public transportation to area groceries and restaurants is limited and expensive. A local bus system or a resort shuttle service would be helpful.

The place was amazing. Room was clean, comfortable, and directions provided at the front desk made it easy to find. All staff I encountered were friendly and willing to help. Would without a doubt stay here again.

My husband has a service dog as a retired veteran. Unfortunately, due to resort policy we were unable to bring her. I personally would be willing to pay extra if that meant bringing the four legged family member along.

Rooms were large, clean and in a great location.

Staff was extremely aggressive with trying to sell the timeshare. Pool was advertised as being heated but cold.

Love the beautiful landscaped property! Never too busy. Close proximity to Lake Pleasant! So glad they added the food and drinks at the main pool!

Meeting with their sales team when you already have a time share. The person we had was pretty good, understanding that we were not interested. We appreciated that.

I liked the cleanliness and friendliness of the workers.

When the person cleaning the room next to us kept on going in and out of the room to clean it and the door slamming for a good half hour if not more. She/he could prop the door open to eliminate the constant noise.

we love the pool and jacuzzi and the fact that the suite is fully equipped to cook your own meals and be comfortable. it's a terrific and quiet location but close enough to everything.

the adult jacuzzi is a tad smaller than we had hoped but we were able to go to the lagoon pool area without any problem. the wall insulation, especially in suites with connecting doors could be a bit better. recommned moving the location of the pots and pans to be a bit easier to reach for smaller and older people.

This is a go-to place for our family. We've been several times. The rooms are very comfortable and perfect size for the price. The pool is absolutely perfect and plenty of room to spread out. The poolside bar and food truck are both really good.
