I liked the location of the facility. Quite a lot of amenities close by. Staff was outstanding. Jack, the manager, was outstanding. We accidentally left my husband's medication at the hotel. We did not realize it until we were at the airport. Jack got a hold of us and personally reassured us that he would send them out ASAP. We are very grateful that he went above and beyond our expectations of customer service. Thank you, Jack!

I was a little disappointed that there were charges for dishes and cooking items.

I reserved my room for the week. My flight was delayed several times and finally cancelled on the first night. I called 3 times trying to get the front desk with no success. I left a voice message advising I would be there the next morning and left my number for a return call. The next day when I made it to the hotel, I was told that my reservation was cancelled as a no show and I could rent a room at an elevated cost for the one night but had to vacate the next morning as they were completely booked up through out the week. This caused me to have to search for alternate accommodations at the last minute and considerable inconvenience and expense.

Rooms are clean

My flight was delayed and then cancelled. I called 3 times and tried to raise the front desk without an answer. I finally left a message explaining the delayed arrival. When I arrived, my reservation had been cancelled as a "no show" and I was rented a room for one night that was almost double the rate I was already reserved for 4 nights and told they were booked up after the one night and I would have to find another hotel going forward. Terrible customer service for a multi return customer.

I found the room to be very clean when I arrived, the whole bed spread very comfy, the A/C working excellent and the location to be perfect for my needs on this trip.

The bathroom could probably have used more toiletries like soap and shampoo and the lack of a plastic shower guard to prevent the curtain from getting wet would be nice

Very clean. Had a full refrigerator and microwave and a stove top. Good channel selection on the TV... Comfortable bed. Plenty of hot water in the shower... No problems at all. Nice area...They have a nice workout room also... Very nice stay

You can hear conversations from the other room if people are speaking loud through the wall... But I didn't have any problems at night...

Very convenient location. Over 50 retailers and food options within 1/2 mile of Woodspring Suites Phoenix-Deer Valley. Also, I would like to thank Jack for being so kind and professional. I look forward to returning.

How the woman who works the front desk was not very nice when I asked if I would be able to have an extra hour to check out due to an unforseen circumstances and also tried running my card for $28.15 because of my late checkout request and without my knowledge. That made me feel really uncomfortable.

Friendly staff. Courtesy water bottles. Fast check-in. Reasonable price. Wonderful kitchen and bathroom with a bathtub.

No blackout curtains like most hotels. I'm a light sleeper. Difficult getting good sleep. Still unable to access my smartphone WiFi with provided guest password. Could access ok my tablet with guest ppassword.Staff, unable to fix that problem.

Honestly, this property is so clean, modern, and perfectly located that we will be returning over and over. The front desk goes out of their way to accomodate any requests, and so helpful with information in general. The rooms are sparkling clean and comfortable, the small gym has modern new essential machines with nice amenities, and we feel safe here.

The only thing we ever requested - an extra luggage cart for busier check-out days/times - was there the next time we visited. It's really a most wonderful place to stay while in Phoenix, for short or longer dates.

Clean and comfortable areas

First hotel i ever stayed at that didn't have curtains so the sun was nice and bright as soon as it came up early morning. Also hard to relax in during the day if you don't like to much day light and you can hear every car passing by through the window

We loved this property and will continue staying here from now on. We visit Phoenix often to visit family and have been staying elsewhere, but decided to check out other places - and so happy to have found this! Very clean, quiet, and easy to check in. The bed, shower, everything is perfect. Thank you!

It would be great to have another (or several more) luggage carts. While checking out on Sunday morning, there was a wait and we were lucky to get one when we did.
