This was our first experience staying in a Drury Inn. The best "bonus" for us was the "Kick-back" between 5:30 and 7:00, which essentially provided a modest full meal, including alcoholic drinks, at no extra charge. We were tired and hungry when we arrived so this was a real plus for us! The staff were very nice; the room and bathroom were spacious. It took less than 10 minutes to get to the airport rental car return area (or would have, if we hadn't been diverted by road repairs and then made a few wrong turns.)

There was a slow-moving line to check in. Finally another clerk arrived to assist. Then when we got to the room, the key wouldn't work. Had to go back down to the reception desk to get it sorted out. This seems to happen to me rather often--am I alone in this?

Breakfast was hot and fresh. There was a server who was constantly checking on the items keeping them well stocked. We arrived late on Thursday night and just got in on the tail end of dinner. It was a nice surprise to find it was complimentary. The food was still hot and fresh even at the end of the serving time. We also received some drink tickets for happy hour, though we didn't use them because of our other prior commitments but a nice benefit from staying at the hotel.

Not a whole lot to say. The facilities were clean, the rooms were clean and fresh. The eating area was tidy and inviting. The bar presented itself as a comfortable place to settle in for a while.

Our stay was excellent. Front desk staff were the very best. Room and premises were very well maintained and very clean. Offering a complimentary meal and drinks was a real surprise. Each of us got two drink vouchers which we thought was so nice and something we had never experienced. Their bistro area in the lobby is where this took place was really nice with comfortable chairs and a relaxing atmosphere. The shuttle was there at 4:00 am as requested and again the driver was very nice.

Not one single thing. We would definitely stay at this hotel again,

Love the food at night and the breakfast in the morning. Excellent extras nobody else has for the price. Also the shuttle is good.

We got very bad advice when we called from the airport. Wanted to know where to meet the shuttle.Someone told us to get back on the shuttle to rental car place and walk to the visitors' parking lot there. This was after we had already taken the shuttle from rental car to the airport. We were on a 7 minute hold only to be told this. Someone else (after we protested) came on the phone and told us to go to baggage claim, go out the north door and turn right. That was the correct direction and easy to do. Finally!

I've stayed at this property many times. The breakfast is awesome and the evening snacks/drinks are great! The staff is always friendly and helpful. The price was reasonable without ridiculous add-ons like resort fees or parking.

My only negative is that the rooms have no safes. This is something fairly standard in most hotels, and I would definitely expect is at a property like this. Not a huge deal, though.

With the breakfast and dinner with cocktails provided you save a TON on food costs! The pool area was well maintained with sunny and shaded areas. The upper level suite had a balcony with cool views of the airport to watch the planes arrive and depart.

No room safe and bubbles in the hot tub didn't work. Overall, these were small inconviences in a wonderful stay!

We love that this hotel is near the airport and offers a free shuttle for airport services. The breakfast has a nice variety and is very enjoyable. We also look forward to the evening reception where a lite dinner & drinks are offered complimentary. The staff is always friendly & accommodating as well.

Our only complaint is their Bee problem. we were frustrated by all of the bees by the swimming pool. It’s a gorgeous pool with perfect temperatures and would have loved to enjoy it more but it was surrounded by dozens of bees. Our son was stung by the pool. we would love for them to set up something to control the huge bee problem so that guests didn’t have to worry about being stung.

EMPLOYEES WERE VERY HELPFUL AND PLEASANT.POOL WAS NICE EXCEPT CHILDREN WERE NOT MONITORED.SHUTTLE BUS WAS GOOD AND ON TIME.

ROOM WAS STANDARD,NO VIEW.BREAKFAST WAS GOOD, EXCEPT 1. COFFEE WAS SOWER,DON'T THINK THEY CLEAN OUT POT EACH DAY,CAN TELL POT LEVEL WAS SAME NEXT DAY AND COLD..FOOD FROM PAST DAY WAS GIVEN NEXT DAY.IF NO LEFT OVER IT WASN'T OFFERED. ORANGE JUICE WAS WATERED DOWN.

Included breakfast buffet was very good as was the evening happy hour snacks. No problem with rooms; beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. Airport shuttle worked well. Appreciate the ability to leave car on site for several days while away. This was a major feature in decision to book at Drury Airport Hotel.

All good. Nothing to complain about.

I can't say enough good things about the entire staff, from the assistant managers, staff, house keeping, shuttle service...all top notch. There was some remodeling going on so the room I originally booked wasn't available, but Liz one of the assistant managers did a wonderful job meeting our needs with a different room setup. Beds and pillows are super comfy, having dinner included in price was an unexpected surprise.
