Room was spacious and clean. Great location, near shopping centers and airport. Staff was very courteous and friendly, especially the lady in charge of the breakfast area, we missed breakfast by 5 minutes and she was nice enough to allow me to get some things for my kids. Will stay here again.

Not sure if its worth mentioningl, but pool could be cleaned/maintained more often, maybe we got there and pool was not scheduled to be cleaned yet. Would definitely stay here again though.

Very neat to the airport with a shuttle frequently running to/from the airport, free of charge. Large room ,clean and quiet.

The room was very clean and had everything we would need or want. The beds were comfortable though I found the pillows to be a bit softer than I personally like. We didn't try the breakfast, but it looked more than satisfactory. Staff was friendly and courteous. The location near the airport was a plus for us because we had an early flight home, but it was a bit of a drive to many of the areas attractions, so some might consider other options.

I thought the TV selections were a bit sparse, particularly for sports channels which my son was interested in watching. It seemed like every other channel was a QVC or other infomercial type station.

King suite with balcony was very large. Overlooked a roof top though with trash on it which took away from view. The sunset was beautiful. Great bed and hidden drawers. Shower was hot and adjustable. Clean and fast checkin and out. Shuttle to airport on time and 10 minutes with an additional stop.

I really liked that a complimentary airport shuttle was provided, check in was smooth and efficient. Friendly, efficient and helpful staff, lovely room. There was also a convenient snack shop next to the reception desk, therefore, you could purchase food and snacks on the property.

Soundproof of rooms wasn't that great, because it sounded like Bigfoot was staying in the room above me, and there were noisy guests in the corridors at times during late in the evening, but the latter is not the fault of the hotel.

friendly front desk worker although she was clearly overworked she stayed positive and was super helpful.

The first room we got was filthy, gunk on handles, light switches, the bed had body hairs, head hairs, and the pillows had makeup on then and ear wax… gross someone being lazy clearly. When we alerted the front staff we were then switched to a bigger room with no problem that had clearly been cleaned really well.

Outstanding Hotel - updated rooms. The bed is in an excellent location. The Staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. The hotel is the closest one to the airport but quiet with no outside airplane or car noise or from the hotel corridors there wasn't any noise heard. This is a MUST return!

This hotel is used by many airlines when flights are canceled and passengers are given a voucher according to the staff. That said we would still return but not on days with flight cancelations.

Unfortunately I had to catch an early flight so I didn't have breakfast. Though a to go bag was provided and appreciated! The dining area was very spacious, overall this hotel was very clean. Check in/check out was a breeze! a heated pool in January was a plus!

I was not happy with pillows, and not having ice in machine on the floor I was staying on. I was told I'd have to go downstairs to a different machine other then that I have no complaints. The location is perfect and very convenient to the Phoenix International Airport.

Nice location, huge room, good breakfast, clean premises, plenty of parking. Bathroom nicely renovated.

The bed sheets were super wrinkled, looked like they were used but it smelled super clean, just didn't look neat. The carpet in the bedroom was stained.

I like being on the first floor near the snacks and the kitchen when it was open for breakfast. The overall facilities were really nice and accommodating and comfortable. I was able to get the resupply that I needed with ease.

There were a couple of cleaning items that I noticed even though the facilities were new I think a better cleaning of the room and the area around my door before I arrived would have been nice.
