James, the maintenance man has exceptional customer service! James is very approachable and easy to talk to!! James was able to answer all of our questions accurately and was extremely friendly! James went out of his way to make us feel welcomed at the property and comfortable. James deserves a raise!

I don’t know the lady’s name, but I Believe she was in house keeping. She walked around not very friendly or approachable. The last day of our stay, we asked her for a trash bag to help tidy up the room. She rudely told us she didn’t have one and told us to go ask the front desk. She could have been more friendly.

Everything went well from booking the room, getting a shuttle to the hotel and checking in. The breakfast was ready on time, and we got back to the airport when we needed to. The room was very clean, and staff was great!

We had to switch rooms, because the TV didn't work in the first one, but that was taken care of quickly and painlessly. Thank you for all of your help.

The night clerk was named Charles, he was so professional. I was lost and I called him three times and he was very comforting and gave me good information on how to get to the hotel. Once I got to the hotel, he bent over backwards to be accommodating to me. He is a good person I hope really good things for him, because he was such a nice guy

Conveniently located and affordable. My arrival at Phoenix Sky Harbor had been severely delayed and it was too late to drive to my planned hotel in Sedona. I was able to get a room at La Quinta to get a little sleep and a shower before driving to Sedona in the morning. The staff was super friendly and helpful!

Had some trouble finding my room due to the layout of the hotel. Access was via outside doors and the exterior hallway to my room was only partially illuminated. The even numbered rooms were on the inside and the odd numbered rooms on the outside. I couldn’t read the room numbers well because of the lighting. Everything was fine once I found my room.

Staff was well trained and check in literally took less than 5 minutes, it was stress free and professional, yet warm and comfortable..It felt like we were coming home at the end of the day...we appreciated the friendliness of all the staff..... thank you

I didn't like the fact that noone seemed to pick up after their own pets., And the laundry could have been open longer at night

I know that you are dog friendly (I have three dogs, but not with me on this trip) but, the room smelled and there was urine on the toilet. Closeness to the airport awesome and the breakfast…WOW!!! Excellent!!! AND, the receptionists that night (her name started with a “H”, THE BEST!!! Friendly and nice!

Clean the toilets better and get rid of the smell. Shuttle service not available so I had to pay for a cab!

The staff members are friendly and courteous. The stay has been magnificent. The amenities are above average.

There really wasnt anything that i didnt like about the room, facility, or staff. I could not use the automated system for placing calls to the room. I had to go through the operator when i placed a call to the room. The automated phone system does need improvement.

Beautiful place to stay. Free breakfast and great amenities. Super close to the airport and even provides a shuttle. Staff were polite and even help guests find their room.

It was a little expensive but due to the location, it makes perfect sense.

The breakfest was lacking a protein, like eggs or sausages, just a lot of carbs... breads, cereal and waffles. Didn't even see a fruit option, a lil disappointed No fault of the hotel, but someone tried to access my room in the middle of the night, guest dog barking, and creepy people wondering around or sleeping in car in the packing lot
