Everything! The room was outstanding! When I opened the door, my jaw dropped And I couldn’t believe that suite. It was so beautiful and comfortable that I almost convinced myself to stay another night. The suite was simply amazing, just gorgeous and everything was spotless. I had room by myself but this suite is big and the perfect choice for families. Living room big TV and nice sofa sleeper, Keurig coffee machine. Wet bar. Separate toilet, big sink in bedroom with 2 queen beds. Ah, the beds. Dream sleep, soft but firm and very comfy. Best sleep ever, I went to sleep smiling. Designer. Beautiful very tasteful designer decor furniture etc. Balcony on one side and “front door” on other side of suite. Perfect for business traveler. Very close to airport so short shuttle ride to/from. nice big desk, chair setup. I travel often to Phoenix and I will definitely choose/use this hotel again! Staff great, gorgeous site. Didn’t stay long enough to use the restaurant but the menu offerings look delish. They have microbrews! Overall, the hotel was very modern and accommodating. And didn’t break the bank either. Thanks Holiday Inn!

Nothing I can think of. This place is a resort. I loved everything. I had a delightful stay here.

It was very nice to be able to do our laundry right on site.

There was a family that stayed a few rooms down from us that had a dog that lunged at me when I walked by so I avoided going past the room the remainder of our stay, but heard the dog bark many times.

It was a great location and very easy to get to, the room was clean .

The bathroom was small. Whomever cleaned the room left a dirty glove in the room. The option of having to pay for a Disney Chanel package, I don't understand why we have to pay for this or for all the other family and kids channels that were listed. This should be included with all the other channels, especially family that travel with children.

Arrived to find out our reservation did not exist despite emails from Booking.com. However, Karen at the front desk found a room just like what we had reserved. She did a great job. All of the staff was great.

There were only 3 handicapped parking stalls. For the 5 nights we stayed the same 3 cars never left the stalls. They were unusable to us.

Everything!! Very nice property and rooms were huge with a separate living room. Great pool with outdoor game spaces set up around the property. They also had a restaurant on the property

The service at the restaurant was very slow, but they aren’t really part of the hotel, food was good with large portions.

We loved the quick and friendly staff that checked us in housekeeping was working late and they were very friendly as well the room was clean and it was so quiet we very much enjoyed our stay definitely worth paying a little bit more for a suite then a basic room in a rundown hotel like the super 8 that had roaches the Holiday Inn is exceptional quite & clean we very much enjoyed our weekend there and plan on returning soon

This Holiday Inn is beautiful with an amazing courtyard area including pool and hot tub. It has a resort vibe with each room being a small suite with courtyard in the center. The staff here have gone over and above in accommodations for handicapped travel. I can not say enough good things about this property.

Really wonderful inner property with open fireplaces at night, lots of palms / trees and plants with nice walkways. Although we did not use the pool and hot tub, they are really nice. Everything was well kept and clean. The room was clean and comfortable.

The only thing was the shower / tub in the room’s restroom. The shower head was a hand wand which didn’t stay where put, and water flow was low. It was fully functional though…

I'm greatly satisfied. Fast check in ( I was early and attending a funeral, and I was given my room early) and check out. Very clean, room was bigger than expected. It has a little living room or TV room (2 TVs) before the bedroom, with a desk and a sink, keurig and minifridge. Met my expectations. I would stay again.

I wish the toilet and shower was a little bigger, made it hard to move in there. Sink is outside. My iron wasnt working and it took them almost 30 minutes to get me one, and I was in a hurry.

It was a very family oriented property. The space was perfect. The bed was so comfortable and it was very clean. The pool area and lounging area were a great place to hang out and meet other people. The value, which included hot breakfast was good also. Staff was very nice. There were plenty of parking spaces. Overall we were satisfied with our stay.

Even though our room was very clean, they didn’t do the beds every day and didn’t replenish our toilet paper. They only had one person handing out the breakfasts and handling the small cafe at the same time so it took A while to get what we needed. They were a bit short staffed. The lady was very nice and kept her cool at all times, though.
