Aloft Phoenix Airport

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I stayed alone for a couple days after a work conference in Scottsdale. I have a great view of the arriving and departing planes and I could watch the sunrise. I really enjoyed happy hour at the bar, except there weren't anything I could order except fries. The staff helped with directions and places to visit and the shuttle service was clutch as well. I loved the pool and lounge area, stay here if you are traveling in Phoenix you will not be disappointed.

They were out of all the hot food items offered on the menu. I was able to order out and eat it at the bar. Another draw back was the adjoining room door. I didn't ask for it and I really didn't like having the door access to my room. I was staying alone and it really kept me up at night, thinking someone was going to come into my room as I slept. Please don't put a single women in a room like that.

I love the room layout, and the ample benches for luggage. It was quiet (facing away from Washington), the parking is free, and train stop across the street made it so easy to get to and from Chase Field for a baseball game. (I think it would be easy to get to and from the airport using the SkyTrain, which connects at the same rail station across the street.) The bartender was friendly, as were the front desk staff.

The breakfast options were uninspired, so we went elsewhere for our morning meal. During the late afternoon, the hottest part of the day, the small pool was completely in the shade.

Nick at the reception organise the shuttle to pick us up at airport which arrived within reasonable time. We arrived late and hungry. The pizza at the bar was excellent, hot and cheesy. The bar attendant was charming. The bed was very comfortable and cosy. The shuttle man made a special détour for us by dropping us at the car rental area. Great thanks.

Could have good bread for breakfast, à proper expresso coffee machine and use other cutlery than throw-out plastic.

I thought the value was good for what you get (At least at the time of my booking). The room is well designed and comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Something which you can't change, but that when I walked around the block there were a lot of homeless and an apparent encampment. It made me very nervous and didn't look safe.

I wish the description of hotel of airport shuttle was 24 hr. We had a early flight. We little stress if my Lyft was going pick us up. But we're lucky to grab taxi early flight... everything beside was wonderful

The staff were very helpful. The location is perfect for anybody who needs to head to any major event. The amenities are great and exceeded my expectations. The room was always taken care of no matter what time we left and came back.

The beds were a bit stiff and the pillows were a bit small for my liking. We stayed in the double bed room and it could use some work for a more open feeling room.

It was so close to the airport my sister and I didn’t waste no money on Uber. when we headed back to the airport because the train that took us straight there the walk was 7 loved it so much everyone Was supper friendly the room was super clean and bigger than I expected 100/10

Check in was quick and after a long flight, appreciated. Room was spacious and well-appointed with clean linens, conveniently available equipment (TV, FABULOUS high-powered hair dryer, coffee maker, steam iron, fridge), toiletries stocked, and the room was near-ish to the elevator. The bedding was clean, with abundant pillows and the mattress firm enough to be supportive but soft enough to feel comfortable - the perfect mix. LOVE the spacious shower and vanity area. Though there were only two of us traveling, we had a previous stay at Aloft and all 4 family members had ample prep space on the vanity. We appreciate the modern vibe, blackout curtains, and adjustable air conditioning! Easy to find location, ample parking, and quick check-out make for a great location near the airport!

The recycling can had not been moved during cleaning and there was an entire half of a fortune cookie beneath it! YUCK! And there was hair on the vanity - behind the sink, possibly unseen but with the mirrored walls, we assumed it was easy to see - from various angles! Also, the microwave’s buttons didn’t work and we had to try a variety of methods to get it to start.

- The staff were helpful and went out of there way. - The layout of the room was contemporary and quite nice - The on-site gym was awesome - Chaz the hotels bartender was nice and enjoyable to converse with - Very safe place to stay. And they have various levels of security

- No on-site restaurant - The hotel is pretty far from any restaurants or bars - Bring your own Shampoo and soap

I had such a rough experience getting out to AZ and finding a car. It was just a mess. This hotel though made sure they could do what they could to help on their part. Even late at night they promptly got a ride to get me to the hotel. Their shuttle was broken but they still paid for an Uber. Most hotels will just say sorry can't. Not them. Tolerated a bunch of stressed out phone calls because the signs at the airport aren't clear. Both the night staff and morning were extremely helpful and friendly. When I got a room next to kids that were loud and running all over the hallway at 1030pm, I called down to the desk and requested they talk to them. They said okay and actually came up right then and there and were still kind to the kids. After all, the kids were just being kids. Also DOG FRIENDLY! Yeah. This hotel is going on my priority list whenever I'm back in the area. And the bed was so so comfy.

Really there wasn't anything. Shocking I know. Haha
