The room was very clean and spacious. The location is close to the airport and would be an easy walk but the neighborhood is a bit sketchy at night.

Arrived late at night...the shuttle was down so we took the tram and planned on walking the short distance. The neighborhood was a bit sketchy and we encountered a large group of homeless men fighting in the street. We had to grab an Uber from a closer hotel. Not the hotels fault but I wish the shuttle was an option. Parking is 15 a night too..kinda weird for Phoenix

Room was comfortable size. Bathroom was nice and stocked with good quality soaps. Bed was comfortable. Location was very good if you wanted to access the airport by walking. It is about a 5 minute walk (pulling bags) to the 44th Street station access to the Phoenix Sky Harbor Sky Train that provides free access to the airport terminals. We dropped off our car the night before at the airport car rental, then took the Sky train back to the hotel. We had a 6 AM flight and walked back to the free Sky Train in the morning. It all worked out well.

There are not many good restaurant selections in easy walking distance.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I stayed alone for a couple days after a work conference in Scottsdale. I have a great view of the arriving and departing planes and I could watch the sunrise. I really enjoyed happy hour at the bar, except there weren't anything I could order except fries. The staff helped with directions and places to visit and the shuttle service was clutch as well. I loved the pool and lounge area, stay here if you are traveling in Phoenix you will not be disappointed.

They were out of all the hot food items offered on the menu. I was able to order out and eat it at the bar. Another draw back was the adjoining room door. I didn't ask for it and I really didn't like having the door access to my room. I was staying alone and it really kept me up at night, thinking someone was going to come into my room as I slept. Please don't put a single women in a room like that.

The Aloft was an excellent choice for a stop after arriving late into Phoenix airport. The shuttle picked us up and had us at the hotel within 10 minutes of our call. Check in was swift and staff very friendly. The bar itself was small, but one could take the drinks all around the lobby and pool area, making for a very relaxing decompression after a long day of travel. The room was comfortable and well equipped (minifridge, microwave, safe, charging ports, and more). Comfortable bed and bathroom too. I Highly recommend the Aloft if staying close to the airport is part of one's plans.

There is very little to do in the immediate area. But that is to be expected for an airport hotel isn't it? But this hotel will keep you comfortable until time to move on.

The NOISE from planes taking off...

Very comfortable, big and clean. Kids loved the rooms. Bright room lights. Lots of storage. Can connect to Netflix. Noontime checkout is a bonus.

Nothing big I didn't like. Conceirge staff could be smilelier. There was a 'pay to park sign' and it wasn't clear if I had to pay to park. Either way, I only noticed it during check out and my car wasn't towed or ticketed.

This is an excellent place to stay before an early flight or after a late incoming flight. Very close to airport and well serviced by the free shuttle . Or alternatively, if it’s before or after their shuttle, it’s a relatively short walk to light rail to Sky Harbor. Summer rates are reasonable. Don’t even think of it during Super Bowl!

Nick at the reception organise the shuttle to pick us up at airport which arrived within reasonable time. We arrived late and hungry. The pizza at the bar was excellent, hot and cheesy. The bar attendant was charming. The bed was very comfortable and cosy. The shuttle man made a special détour for us by dropping us at the car rental area. Great thanks.

Could have good bread for breakfast, à proper expresso coffee machine and use other cutlery than throw-out plastic.

I love the room layout, and the ample benches for luggage. It was quiet (facing away from Washington), the parking is free, and train stop across the street made it so easy to get to and from Chase Field for a baseball game. (I think it would be easy to get to and from the airport using the SkyTrain, which connects at the same rail station across the street.) The bartender was friendly, as were the front desk staff.

The breakfast options were uninspired, so we went elsewhere for our morning meal. During the late afternoon, the hottest part of the day, the small pool was completely in the shade.

Rooms need smart TV’s , we could not add an app to watch Thursday night football in the room or at the bar. Bartender was preoccupied to give good service.The room didn’t have the tray for the coffee filter,no fan in the bathroom for exhaust . A lot of homeless sleeping around the place.
