I got stuck in Phoenix and booked this last minute. The rooms had a lot of facilities, were clean, had great air con (it was very hot) and was reasonably priced with breakfast included which wasn’t anything fancy but quite adequate. If you need something close to airport highly recommended and included a free shuttle service

Rehab facility was very nice. Location is a little concerning but it did not bother me as I speak Spanish and being in a mostly Mexican neighborhood is a plus for the great real Mexican restaurants.

The Navigation system on my Ford was totally confused as to location! We found it by seeing sign but system did NOT lead us there! When leaving when we entered the Airport rental car center, it could not start! We had to drive out, in the wrong direction, to then stop and have the navigation system start!! ALSO, the washbasin was plumbed incorrectly! Usually, cold is to right and hot to left. That was not the case in the room we stayed in!!

I like that the hotel offers smoking and non smoking options. The pool went up to 8 feet which is really nice- considering most budget hotels only have pools up to like 3-5 feet. The room was big and extremely clean. The king size bed was amazingly comfortable and tv had streaming options so I was able to watch Netflix.

Front desk clerk was kind of short with me and other guests in the lobby (its a stressful job at times so I just let it be)- also I am a flight attendant and I just came off a 4 leg trip that lasted 19 hours with no sleep. I had to report again very early and asked for shuttle service to airport. The front desk clerk said he would write my name down for the shuttle and I asked him if he'd make a note for someone to call my room (wake up call). I hadn't slept in days and really didn't want to miss the shuttle. Someone did call- but only to tell me the shuttle left me. No call was given in advance- so I ended up having to pay $17.98 for an uber last minute. That was a major inconvenience.

The room was very clean and the bed so comfortable. A lot of space and a great room for business travelers that need an iron and an iron board, hangers and a nice vanity to get ready. Breakfast offered had a variety of options, the staff was friendly and quick at check-in. I will definitely stay here every time I have to travel to Phoenix.

Maybe need vending machines because there aren't any restaurants or places to eat close by. The closest is town, 3 miles from the hotel, but you need to drive and parking in town is limited. Or perhaps just take a cab to go there.

The pool water wasn’t as crystal clear like most hotels I’ve visited. I was also a little disappointed that there wasn’t a jacuzzi. The surrounding area has a large population of homeless The breakfast was good but I would have preferred hot food like scrambled eggs, sausage and waffles.

Conveniently close to the airport, room was comfortable and clean. We left before the breakfast hours so we did not have breakfast there.

The staff at the front desk was not friendly at all when we checked in. We noticed a sign on the wall mentioning the long-term parking and possibility to take a shuttle from the hotel to the airport, but we couldn't find information anywhere about that and did not feel like asking the staff about it because of their unfriendliness, so we ended up driving to the airport and parking there.

Clean well-equipped room. It was clean and spacious. I was happy to see it had a fridge and microwave. I did use the Microwave but nice to have the option. I was also happy to see the shampoo, Body wash and conditioners in refill containers rather than the small size however was not able to dispense the product, but the small weekend sizes were also available. good try to be a bit more environmentally correct. I appreciate they met my request of lower floor as i had a large heavy suitcase.

A bit of noise from upstairs but didn't last long, or I was too tired to notice. The large environmentally correct containers were not dispensing the shampoo, body wash or conditioner. It's a great idea though I hope they fill them! Maybe just dried out or? They however did have small size ones on bathroom counter.

The positive experience of staying here began with the check-in. The check-in person, Devin, was smooth and efficient with processing everything. We were impressed by the cleanliness of our room and the room lay-out. Having the bathroom sink separate from the toilet and shower is a great idea. The beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of room for hanging up our clothes. The breakfast spread was not outstanding, but it met our needs and kept us going quite nicely through the morning. Overall, it was very good value for our money!

This isn't really a complaint, but I just want to point out this motel is located in a fairly sketchy area. In some previous reviews, people complained about this matter. However, I think the motel owners have done a fairly good job of dealing with security notably with having a well-lit parking lot. Later in the evening, when we went to gas up our car at a nearby station/convenience store, there were a number of "colourful" characters around and in the store, but there was no sign of them around our accommodation, so the lighting must help.
