The rooms were spacious and well put together the view was okay and the beds were comfortable

The bathroom lighting starts very dim and then gets bright after about 5 minutes, the balcony was dirty had some kind of feces on it so we could not go out onto it and we did bring it up to the staff immediately after checkin and left for a couple hours only to return to it still there, wish the breakfast could go until 11 it ended to early to be able to get down there just would be a nice courtesy. Otherwise nice hotel for the pricing!!

Price, surrounding area, pictures online were deceiving. Property looked much nicer in photos, than first impression. However, after setting out to walk the parkway along the river, we realized that the area was under some major renovation/improvements. Initially, the area looked run down and unsafe, especially the neighborhood behind the hotel. Logistics to the airport was our main focus, with the ability to walk/hike. Looking for rooms less than $300/nt, The advertised price was fairly good, but the added taxes/hotel fees, of nearly $45 more, pushing our cost close to $350. Glad we only needed it for one night. the breakfast was good, but the conference room where we ate was NOT a nice place to eat. That set up needs much improvement...

We arrived late around 10pm at airport, called the hotel and they sent the shuttle for us right away. The girl at the front desk was new and there seemed to be a problem with being assigned a room, but eventually we got our room which was large and comfortable. The staff were friendly and kind on arrival, allowing my children to have a piece of fruit in the fruit bowl from the breakfast area when we arrived at the hotel. Beds were very comfortable and room was quiet. Breakfast the next day was awesome with a huge variety! Cereal, fruit, toast, bagels, eggs, sausage, coffee/tea, juice; lots of options! This hotel offers free parking as well. Check out was easy with no added or hidden fees. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

We had come from Prescott where the hotel was not as expected and we were disappointed. So when we arrived at the Hyatt. it was incredible. So nice we didn't want to leave for dinner and ordered in. The room was huge! They had everything we could possibly need. The shuttle to the airport at 5:30 am was free. I got the flight time off by 30 min. It was such a relief to see she was ready for us 20 min earlier than expected. Friendly and accommodating driver.

There is not one thing I can think of. The place was AWESOME!

I’d like to particularly call out the service of one individual in particular and hope that corporate office see this. on September 20, I lost my purse. We were headed to Europe and the purse had passport, money, etc. you can imagine my panic. AT 5:15 AM the night manager took me seriously and engaged in the search. We watched CC , so it wasn’t stolen, she came up to the room and helped us look. She was professional and empathetic. In my time of need, as I could see the plane take off without us, she showed us grace. At the last minute we found the purse and she arranged a special shuttle driver to rush us to the airport. Sadly I didn’t get her name, but I’ll never forget her. Oh by the way, it’s a lovely hotel, clean, quiet, and near the airport with shuttle service.

Everything was good. Very nice breakfast, it had everything to choose from. Room was very spacious.

The location is good, but if you don't have a car, everything is quite far. I know it's not the case for most of the travellers though.

Only down thing I can say is our room had the 2 double beds and a sofa bed which was being used but never got made up when housekeeping came in. Only the 2 main beds got made

the staff was extremely helpful, room was ready early so we were able to check in and drop our rental off earlier. The shuttle was able to pick us up at the rental which was very nice and taking us to the airport made our departure seamless. Breakfast in the morning was perfect .

I think the couch in our room was worn and on one of the cushions it was torn but we didn’t sit there so it was no big deal for us. pool was great to cool down but they needed more umbrellas since lying on the pool chair was really hot with the temp being 101 and little shade.

The staff was exceptional! Literally every staff member that we encountered was kind, polite and exuded professionalism! the shuttle was extremely convenient! We very much enjoyed our stay!

I really have no complaints about this hotel! It was fantastic! I will note that one couch cushion had minimal, yet visible damage. I would have also liked a microwave in the room. These are MINIMAL complaints!

The Hyatt Place Tempe Phoenix Airport was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. I am usually frugal in my selection, but I was willing to invest a little more for what the hotel claimed to offer. They exceeded everything I expected and I got more than my money's worth. The daily breakfast was the best part. They have a 3-day rotation of breakfast hot meal options, so it wasn't until the 4th day that there was a repeat. Everything was hot and fresh in that area and they also had more than the usual continental breakfast items. The hotel staff kept the supply constantly well stocked. Our room was very large and the bed was quite comfortable. I couldn't believe the water pressure in the shower! It was better than I have at home. Free parking was easy to find a spot close to the building. The location is very close to Sky Harbor Airport, but we never heard a plane from inside the building and I'm a light sleeper.
