Traveling for an interview and realized late at night I needed 2 more copies of my resume. The night front desk person was extremely kind and helpful and printed 2 copies for me. When I arrived downtown for my interview it became evident that I would not return in time for checkout. I contacted the front desk and they extended my checkout by a half hour. It really lifted the stress of the morning. The rooms were perfect, bed was very comfortable. I would highly recommend this location.

Breakfast on site and the hot tub.

The waffle machine was jamming at all times by the time it work my breakfast was cold. There was a hair on the yogurt as well. The breakfast attendants should check whats going on more often instead of just staying inside the restaurant. They can have better orange juice as well not so watery. The bedding for the sofa bed should be inside the room already it should not have to be ask for. The information about their phones being down was not provided.

We’re a local family needed a night to stay and this was a great decision. The front desk representative was very helpful and courteous. The room was very comfortable, spacious, clean. we accidentally left my wifes makeup bag and inside was her $3000 marriage ring. my wife thought she had it in another bag and later in the day we checked and remembered she left her bag in the hotel. we went back and they had it there waiting for us. We appreciate taking care that for us. its a great hotel and comfortable to stay. we’re definitely going to go back.

Has a odd street access due to 51 Freeway which is noisy intermittently—Housekeeping only visits every 7 days- we were not informed of this until 2 nd day—Uicab expected maybe every other or every 3- so put trash out in hallway and used towels daily we travelled w a pet— pet area was devoid of any waste bags the entire 3 days- front Office was advised on 2 occasions- nothing done our room 417 had an intermittent floor vibration from suspected HVAC cause

I liked the fact that it looked exactly as pictured. Everything was clean and the breakfast was good quality. I can not rate the pool because, unfortunately, it was way too hot outside to use it. But other than that it was a great experience.

Honestly nothing really, just the first night there was a black out and I know the property has no control over the weather.

Breakfast was good should have more options daily and longer times during the week. 9:30 was when it was over and we do not get up till like 9. Also there is nice selections of different foods but for me I do not like sausage and they had that 2 days in a row.

Pool could be bigger and have towels out there at all times. Other than that it was nice

Location close to airport was only positive.

Our email said check in was 3 but when we got there was told 4. Waited until 3:55 to come back and then was told our room wasn’t ready. Ended up being ready a few minutes later but we should have been let to check in at 3 since that was on our email. Also we picked this hotel because of its heated outdoor pool, which wasn’t heated and the advertised free shuttle, which didn’t operate at the time we needed to use it to get to the hotel. So we paid for an overpriced hotel for amenities that we couldn’t even use.

Everything is Exceptional on every level of Quality and Professionalism. It started with the front desk gal who went out of her way to accommodate my travel needs and made sure I made it to my room. She is a Gem! Breakfast attendants and the breakfast meal were Outstanding! Excellent staffing and facilities is why I have made Staybridge Suites, my Hotspot for business travel. THANK YOU!

No complaints or negative feedback, other than it was a hot hot day and if the gal at front desk had temperature control, she would have turned down the heat :)

This is one of my favorite hotels in Phoenix! I have stayed here multiple time with my family. The breakfast is great, great pool and awesome ambience. They offer complimentary laundry usage on the first floor which is great! The rooms are very clean and exceeded my expectations and they have mini kitchens with silverware, plates etc. The staff is always very friendly as well. I truly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean relaxed stay.

The rooms were very clean with a nice kitchen. Breakfast was good. Scrambled eggs and sausage most mornings. One morning omlet and bacon. If you didn't want eggs plenty of cereal, hard boiled eggs' fresh fruit, toast, bagels peanut butter, cream cheese and more. About 5:30 a couple nights had snacks plus some warm food. Didn't have daily room service but all you had to do is ask for fresh towels or anything you needed. The staff was very helpful. I will stay there again. A Dollar store right around the corner if you need anything.
